I ordered some product from them and I was also forced into purchasing a cleansing product which I did not want They said I had the option to not purchase the extra product but this option did not show on my tablet I checked WIthin five minutes of receiving the order confirmation I asked for the order to be cancelled - they would not cancel the order as it had gone into their system The order eventually arrived and I had to jump through various hoops in order to return it Despite them offering large discounts to keep the product I still wanted to return it Then their system charges a 30 as a re-stocking fee So much for their smart system Then it takes another 2-3 weeks to process the refund It is now a month since I returned the product and I am still waiting for my refund In my opinion Keto max science are a bunch of crooks for the way they operate

I really wish I had read this feedback before I placed my order Like many others I was sent another 3 bottles after the first month and the money was taken from my account I returned 5 bottles unopened for a refund in June still waiting for a refund the Customer Service emails have been very quick in replying and polite however they do not read the messages the refund they say they are processing is only for 3 bottles which is almost 50 short of what I should have the next email offered 17 95 Previous to this I was told I could keep the bottles at 50 discount the second email offered 30 discount If you really want to try this as an effective weight loss programme do no sue this company oh and the phone number on the emails is not available

This is a con Duped into ordering the cleanse along with Max science Then a month later I received a second set of pills I rang customer services and they said I signed up for a monthly subscription which I definitely did not Customer services was very rude I had to pay for return plus they will deduct 5 95 from my refund

rang to claim the 30 day money back guarantee to be told i will have to pay for freight and a restocking fee and they only cover unopened bottles This is blatant baiting i will be reporting to fair trading

Absolute disgrace

Absolute disgrace I bought a bottle of 60 a months supply but there were only 53 in the bottle I m not sure if this was a scam with the manufacturer or the retailer as they are both denying all knowledge apparently but someone took 12 of the capsules outThere are also no instructions to tell you how they work included

Zero stars would be most appropriate My experience has been the same as the others on here It s a con and a scam - steer clear 30 July update - still awaiting refund after nearly 4 weeks I ve now also asked my bank to apply a block so this company won t be able to take any more of my money for a subscription I never requested

Hundreds of pounds for absolutely nothing

Forced into the Cleansing pills along with the others automatically signed up for monthly shipments when that was NOT what I selected Still charged my account hundreds of pounds despite saying they had successfully cancelled my subscription rip off from beginning and I am so disheartened I warn everyone I know to avoid this scam
