Do Not Buy From This Company - They are a Complete Scam

I placed and order for a sweatshirt with this company on December 19 2018 I received a confirmation email from them right away indicating that I would receive another email within 5-15 days with shipping details I have yet to receive any further communications from them It is now February 6 2019 Now when I click on the link in my original email to go to my order summary it is a dead link I have sent them two emails and a message on their Facebook page and they have not responded This sweatshirt cost 74 00 Not cheap This company is a complete scam I looked for reviews before making my purchase and there were no bad reviews In fact there were no reviews That should have been my first clue I m usually smarter than this So here is my review for anyone else who may be thinking of purchasing anything from this company Please don t They will take your money and you will have nothing to show for it This company is a complete scam

Poor service and poor quality products

Poor service and poor quality products I ordered marines 3D Print as a Christmas gift The item didn t arrive until weeks later and after I made inquiries about the status of the order When the order arrived I was super disappointed with the quality The print was blurry and some of the inside fabric was coming out of the front seams of the hoodie I contacted the company and while they have been somewhat quick to respond they first said it wasn t their fault After insisting the item was defective they wanted me to send back but told me I would have to pay the shipping cost After some back and forth emails where I was explaining I didn t want the item and wanted a full refund and that I shouldn t be penalized for their mistake they admitted fabrication was rushed and said they would provide a label to return and full refund after their spring vacation which was supposed to be a week after our last interaction on 1 28 2020 Still I haven t heard back from them no label and no refund Thankfully I paid with PayPal so I just opened a claim with Paypal and waiting on resolution Would not recommend ordering from them

This is an update to my other review that was posted yesterday Today the company agreed to allow me to return the shirt but only if I sent it back to China The postage on the shipping would cost more than the shirt did This is truly a company that needs to be out of business
