This is a scam business I like Ellen but this product and the customer service is a joke I received multiple packages that I tried my best to cancel without ever receiving a response from the company Then I get a bill for 300 and a late due notice I can not reach anyone to talk with STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Be warned First you are not clearly told you are purchasing a monthly subscription There is no way I can use all this product in a month Second I tried to immediately cancel due to the misleading sales process and was told I could not I had to pay for the product and receive it It arrived with absolutely no paperwork and QR codes that don t work Now that it has arrived I luckily purchased with PayPal so I could track the transaction and ask for return paperwork The response no paperwork but go ahead and mail it back Get a receipt for the proof of mailing and wait 4-6 weeks Email us if you don t get a refund Sorry this all stinks They have zero customer centric IQ

Believe the reviews This is a scam subscription that charges way more than they ever disclose Better products elsewhere without the hassle and extreme costs of the subscription So very disappointed since I only purchased based on Ellen DeGeneres promotion

I d give it zero if I could DO NOT ENGAGE -- it s a scam subscription scheme The commercial never mentions it s a subscription and the small print on the website is literally pt 7 and unreadable Before you can blink you owe not 49 but upwards of 189 even if you cancel before the second package you ll be surprised when you get it arrives It s still under 60 days for me so I m returning both and should get a full refund I ll keep you posted
