Excellent email communication which was clear and concise On the day of delivery the Driver rang me when he was 15 minutes out and arrived promptly Polite and courteous he kindly carried the television into the required room with care and declined the offer of a drink before he left Would very happily use KineticLogistics again

Great delivery

I ordered a wooden filing cabinet Arranged delivery with Kinetic which was easy Delivery driver called to say he would be making the delivery 10 - 15 minutes beforehand Unfortunately the person at home was called out so I asked the driver if he could just leave it by my gate They went the extra mile and tucked it around the side of my property which was very good of them Very mich appreciated and to that driver whoever you were thank you

On time and handled with care

I was clearly advised of delivery time and driver arrived in the allocated span He kindly moved old drawers out of the bedroom for me and put the new drawers he was delivering in their place He was pleasant and courteous and I couldn t be more pleased with the service thank you Also great support from office staff in arranging delivery

Really good communication prior to delivery including the registration number of the lorry delivering Reassuring for 88 year old parents who were waiting for the item to arrive Delivery driver helped out item in garage as too heavy for my parents to lift themselves Would recommend and will use again Thank you
