It s only about the money with them and not customer service BEWARE

I have in the past ordered from them and experienced not problems up until now The customer service is aweful I had two separate orders going and with the first order just minutes after placing it I called asking if I could change the size to another I was told it was in process now and it couldn t be changed I then was informed my ONLY option was to return the item to exchange it to the size I needed Then while the rest of the order arrived I learned that this same item was and is now a backorder My other order again everything arrived except two shirts and again those two are also backordered with a projected delivery date of 3-months So I call them up asking if I just could cancel those items because I didn t want to wait 3-months I was told no Another note was the fact I joined up as a club memeber in the beginning thinking this could be a benefit for me in the long run The temporary password they send me was invalid And I also tried to do a review on some of the products I did receive and liked The tap to review was listed next to the item and wouldn t you know it Every time I clicked on it I just got an Oops message on their end and was asked to try again later So later I did try again Same thing They have lost me as a customer Horrible customer service

I ordered a leather bomber jacket that cost over 300 dollars with taxes and shipping fees I received an order that was not the jacket I ordered instead it was a colorful weird looking sweater So disappointed due 2 it was a gift 4 someone now I don t have a gift Called the customer service line she was absolutely no help at all Apologized several times with no real sympathy behind her voice kept pronouncing my last name wrong Then had the nerve to tell me to go and send the package bac and reorder the jacket I purchased in the 1st place Not my mistake Then she said 2 go bac online n re-order the jacket after a 7-14day refund period Then wait again 4 the order Asked for a discount and a nxt day delivery without a fee if I did that She refused said it s ONLY 11 99 For as early as Nov 5th Just all bad I wouldn t order or recommend them ever

First off I received the wrong size and wrong item and when I called to inquire about this I was rudely hung up on Lastly they also wanted to charge me for the return Save yourself the trouble and do not shop at this site If I could I would give them a negative zero HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SEVICE

KingSize cannot deliver consistently Zero Customer Support

King size order on July 10 supposedly delivered July 14 Confirmation - shipped delivered to wrong address by FedEx Multiple email phone call no Customer Service Affidavit filed and mailed July 26 King size email received acknowledges receipt of Affidavit 2 times assured a refund is being processed Ask for confirmation - sorry we cannot provide a confirmation Delay Delay Delay Now next Cust Service rep requests 2nd Affidavit Faxed Done and now Sept 20 supposedly time has expired to provide refund of product purchased and paid for What a shame Do Not buy from KingSize It s pretty clear to me now there is a Tactic here Delay Delay Delay until Sorry time has expired we cannot help at this time

I would give a 0 if I could They sent the wrong size Customer service no help Do not send return address labels and expect me to pay for shipping for something they did wrong As a senior total failure for returns

Laughably poor customer service

Ordered a dress shirt for brother s wedding paid extra for fast shipping that estimated 1-2 days shipping 2 days later the shirt hasn t even shipped yet they said that it can take up to 48 hours to process the order an then will take 2-3 more days to actually arrive They also said that they cannot cancel the order since it s in processing Avoid this company

Low quality and expensive

First they never sent a tracking so I never knew when items were coming Secondly there products are expensive and low quality Thirdly if you need to return an item you have to get a label printed and wait and wait and wait for a possible return of your money Last but not least they charge you an additional 1 99 for them to email you the return label and deduct a very large shipping cost from your monies to go back to your account They haven t heard of the newer and more cost-effective scan codes to use I will never ever shop there again in my life for my husband

Here let me make you suffer for giving us biz

They have a passive membership for a rebate program that is free for 30 days and then 17 bucks a month You sign up merely by not unchecking a box and when you call to complain or cancel you have to call a third party to get anything done A huge hassle They use a different third party for their credit card as well so you never really get any help from KingSize themselves they just take your money and overprice for what used to be affordable good I m done with them

If you don t pay for expedited shipping they take forever to process your order They say seven to ten business days for delivery but that is only after they process your order so you can never know when you will get your order I will never buy from them again even if I have to pay more Terrible customer service

I swore I would never deal with King

I swore I would never deal with King Size ever again a few years ago but I saw this jacket and thought I would give them one more try I received my order on November 27th and 3 days later saw it on their website for 30 00 less nearly a 30 savings I contacted King Size for an adjustment and was told that it went against company policy Change company policy King Size is beyond hard to deal with and they couldn t care for their customers any less than they already do
