I have made over 5 returns since May 1st have received any credit for anything I returned So frustrated Phone calls and messaging does not work either

Send an email and got three gift cards for returns that were not associated with order numbers and that I wanted my card credited Still no response on the phone or email So not happy with this

SCAM COMPANY
SCAM COMPANYI placed an order for 3 pairs of shoes One pair has been processing for almost 2 weeks Every time I called they said it was shipping with the rest but because it s from a 3rd party the tracking might be off 2 pairs came and I called again but customer service has no clue who the 3rd party is or where to contact them and said they can t refund or cancel They pocketed my money and are now acting like they have no idea what s going on Then they have the nerve to tell me once it gets to 20 days after this mysterious 3rd party ships it s mysterious package from who knows when then it s no longer their responsibility but they have no clue where or when What DO NOT SHOP HERE IT S A SCAM

Lost shipment address problems
Placed a order last year and just now finding out the answer While doing a order I tried to update my address and thought I did but they apparently were changing their system and it didn t change When the 2nd half of the order was sent I got a email and found out that it went to the old address After calling them a few times to explain and why d it happened they said to fill out a affidavit and I explained it back in September 2021 and not a word since I even sent a email 2 months ago and still nothing Finally 6 months later denied Never again will I order from them Even asked for a supervisor None around Never do business again 100 for nothing at all

Horrible customer service My order had not been processed for almost two weeks and it was impossible to get in contact with customer service I sent two emails and was on hold for over two hours over three phone calls The fourth phone call said due to demand they couldn t even take the call Don t waste your time

Won t ship won t cancel but will charge if I return
I placed an order over two weeks ago Each time I check the status it says it is processing I did an online chat several days ago and the rep said it would ship yesterday It didn t I used the email form to ask that the order be canceled No response I spent 20 minutes on the phone today trying to cancel the order The rep insists that once it s in process it can t be canceled She said I could return the order whenever I eventually receive it but I ll be charged 10 to do that So 17 to ship and 10 to return 84 worth of clothes That s insane I deeply regret placing an online order with this company

BUYER BEWARE First of all they use the name OneStopPlus with one P not two but to make a review they use two P s and they also use the name Full Beauty I have shopped with them for years but obviously something has changed The fittings are totally off and the quality now is very poor PLUS BUYER BEWARE To my SURPRISE I tried to return an order the same they I received it and realized they did not send a return form and or label did not respond to my emails and won t answer phone calls I had other orders coming and the same thing has happened SHAME ON THEM

I don t know what s wrong with this series of businesses I ordered a French Blue Kate blouse and the Boyfriend jacket I received a horrible dark blue shirt and a Denim 24-7 spongy jacket that lists for 30 less It feels like a wet sponge I tried ordering the French blue Kate another three times AND have never received one Yes definitely shame on me applies As of now I have 5 dark blue Kate blouses and 4 lilac Kate blouses never ordered this color either in a wide range of we don t care what you ordered Actually in the last 2 1 2 years they ve only gotten 2 orders right and I had only ordered one thing per time
