I m a regular customer and couldn t recommend this product enough

Bought as a gift for my younger brother as I have bought and used myself He loves it and has really helped his confidence about growing his beard The beard balm smells amazing and my partner can t get enough of it and makes beard look neat without feeling greasy or oily which most beard balms doOrder number 1079

When it comes to customer service I can honestly say that King s Parlour beat all the competition On the the 13th of June 2024 I placed an order to restock my beard wash and conditioner which I had allowed to run out and I had to ensure that my beard received the best Which is why I always come back to King s Parlour Upon placing my order I received a confirmation email that my order had been accepted and in under 24 hours I was informed via email that the order had been shipped On the 15th of June my order was delivered and I was so excited to finally give my beard some much needed TLC Upon opening the bag I saw that the conditioner had somehow opened and leaked in the bag covering my other products with conditioner This was a surprise to me as in the past when ordering from King s Parlour I have never had this issue with bottles opening and their contents spilling I contacted them via Instagram DMs with pictures of what had happened knowing full well this is not how they send out good and wanted to inform them that this is how the courier company is handling their products I was then contacted and told that I was being issued compensation for the damage that the courier company Evri had done to my product the customer service with King s Parlour is amazing they reply within minutes and in this case have gone above and beyond to ensure that the reputation of their business is never tarnished for that I am truly grateful I received a new bottle of beard conditioner as compensation within days of explaining what had happened and a kindly worded message the brand This is one of the many reasons why I am a loyal customer to King s Parlour not just because of the quality of their products but for the quality of their incredible customer service they show to their customers I have been following them since day 1 of their journey and will continue to do so Thank you King s Parlour for being respecting your customers and your brand
