Couldn t be happier Highly recommended
We were looking for a Wordpress hosting solution and they seemed to fit the bill exactly as this is all they do and had a focus on performance but weren t sure because we couldn t find many Australian reviews We migrated from Bluehost a month ago and couldn t be happier They did the migration it was super quick and we ve not had a single problem so far Their chat support is very responsive and knowledgeable The performance of the site has improved significantly especially for Australian traffic as we ve selected to host our site from the Sydney based data centre and have also enabled CDN to help with other locations Their management console is specifically built around wordpress and it very easy to use much nicer than something like cpanel I d highly recommend Kinsta

Kinsta has been the best decision we have made in the last 5 years for our site Site is night and day faster than our previous hosting provider I don t lay awake at night worried that the site is going to be up in the morning any Spike in traffic would bring our previous site to it s knees and even crash Front and back end load with lightening speed we ve wasted so much time waiting for load times by not migrating earlier I would recommend Kinsta to anyone with 100 confidence that it will improve their site stability and load times Staging environments are a snap with Kinsta Not sure why I ve been doing everything manually and on a slow hosting provider for so many years Money well spent Support is top notch Thanks Kinsta

Teamwork Makes The Dream Work
Kinsta is as simple powerful as they say they are I ve tried other web hosting platforms far more complicated in order to get a better result for cheaper but I ended up paying just as much or more for something that just wasn t as good as Kinsta What really makes Kinsta stand out is how well they help their users It s like having a full team of developers behind you 24 7 without having to pay thousands of dollars per month Before Kinsta I would have to ask my brother for help It would take days to get his help it always felt like I was bothering him Kinsta solved these problems I ve been able to do a lot more work on my own with the help of Kinsta without asking my family members for help Kinsta is exactly what I think of when I imagine what a web hosting platform should be

Great service so far - fast and reliable
So far so good Kinsta migrated 15 sites for me from various hosting to theirs The sites all look great and I m now just pointing the DNS to the new sites The customer service is great and always available when I need them The speed increase has been wonderful and I m looking forward to a great relationship with my new web hosts

I really want to take the time writing this review as it s super important for me to give thanks to the guys at the KINSTA customer service team Specifically we owe big time to Salvador Malware Abuse Engineer While under attack by hackers he was there for us for hours killing each attack and minimizing the damage done I contacted him on numerous occasions and he is always dedicated and very professional Not taken for granted these days where customer service is usually run by bots and takes hours to reach a person that can actually help KINSTA keep up the good work in employing awesome people
