A massive scam most likely part of a network as the websites are often shut down and new ones created under new names I bough clothes for a total value of 200 of Viola Mae Clothes looked great on the website legitimate I was so wrong The goods arrive but quality is so so poor and it looks terrible nothing like the site The return process is convoluted very little information on the site Then you are told you shipping cost are on you and the parcel needs to be sent back to an address in China And of course you are told it never arrived so you lose all your money

I waited 2 weeks for the product On the official website from 5-8 days The product arrived was completely different It was written on the official website 100 wool polyester arrived The color was supposed to be beige but it turned out to be white Terrible tailoring transparent fabric traces of markings on the fabric Do not order from this site

It is a business model based on misleading customers They include images of brands from other manufacturers and send their own products of poor quality from their warehouse in China The goods you receive look completely different from what you order In the event of a complaint they demand that you send the goods to China and cover the shipping costs yourself as well as cover their administrative fee These costs can be higher than the cost of the goods so in practice there is no point in returning things Stay away

Purchased clothes from Nuova-Melbourne Not sure how a foreign company can incorporate Melb into their name Clothes came from Sydney emails go to The Netherlands and I sent clothes back to China Try and work all that out Have communicated with them at least 20 times Doubt I ll ever get a refund it s been 35days since my parcel arrived in China BE CAREFUL read the returns policy IF you can find it I will never purchase from a company like this again

Totally scammed obviously trading under lots of name s Same kind of stories I am reading in this review column at the moment The name I bought from was jane-sydney com which living in Australia assumed where Sydney au based No just a bunch of thieving scamming rip off merchants Communication is near impossible they give you the run around ask for more money to return as well as you having to pay P Handling fee s for the items to be returned to some dodgy place in China -Wang Moaqin Lane 1177 Jianlan Rd etc I am more than sure especially having read hundreds of reviews that there s no intention of a return with a refund of any kind Stay away and do your homework before you buy They need to be shut down they must be making millions

I bought an item from this company BellezzaUK but it has many different names the one i bought the item from is based in the Netherlands according to the website there is even a phone number but the email address is infoatbelezza uk The item was not cheap but the quality was is horrible I asked for my money back and i will send the item to the Netherlands but they gave me a chinesse address Impossible to find in googlemaps It will cost me a fortune to send that piece of rug to them They offer me another item and keep the one i bought there won t be any refund I asnswered that i don t want anything the quelity is really poor i would like to put some pics
