Poor Quality glasses

I too have been scammed by this company having ordered what I thought to be beautiful whiskey glasses handmade in Japan Upon receiving these glasses I realized that they were definitely not as advertised Wanting to return these items I found they had to be returned to Switzerland which is ridiculous considering the cost of postage This company needs to stop selling these inferior products as handmade Japanese glassware False advertising Avoid this company you will regret purchasing anything from them Report them to your credit card company

AVOID Delivery took over 3 weeks meaning my dad didn t get his present for Christmas When ordering I tried to take advantage of the offer with free ice cubes but they wouldn t add to my basket I emailed to ask why and if my order could be amended but no response The quality is ok but I wish I had gone elsewhere Don t be fooled by the marketing and professionalism of the website Wish I had checked reviews before ordering

Not even worth a one start AVOID AVOID AVOID Absolute con artists You wouldn t think so looking at the website as it is so professional and glasses look expensive They sadly are not Cheap rubbish that takes weeks to arrive Nobody responds to emails unless you continually mail them asking for a response I ve been mailing them since the 31st of December and it s still ongoing Poor customer service along with very poor products Even if the product comes damaged they want you to pay for the postage to Switzerland instead of any other reputable company covering the cost for you Absolute scammers

Awful quality and very obviously cheap mass produced crap I even thought it felt more like plastic than glass I bought this as a gift but it s so bad there s no way I will be gifting it I wish I had checked trustpilot first as the site only shows good reviews so this is clearly a scam Also false advertising as they imply that these are hand made glasses definitely not

This is a con First of all they are not handblown - I ordered two and they have an absolutely identical irregular pattern Secondly returns are almost impossible - you have to send them back to Switzerland and shipping costs are prohibitive But most worryingly - I got two identical glasses one was kept in the dark and the other in natural light and the latter has turned yellow God knows what s in that glass

Ordered these for a birthday gift for a whiskey loving friend Inquired before ordering how long shipping would take told 3-5 days I had 8 so ordered Birthday party has come and gone tracking info is stalled and still no product received AND yup shipped if in fact they have coming from China Not high quality from Japan Guess I can kiss that investment goodbye And sounds like from other reviews the quality will be poor if I ever do get them Disappointing

I wish I would have read the real reviews and not the fake reviews before ordering glasses from Kori Whiskey I was incredibly disappointed with extremely low quality of these glasses Don t be fooled by this company It s marketing ploys are good but the product you receive is cheap mass produced crap from China And don t be fooled by the fake good reviews either I would give 0 stars and would definitely not recommend using this fraudulent company

As per previous reviews I was duped Facebook ad Checked comments which were glowing obviously company employees 54 for cheap crap Should have checked Trustpilot The annoying thing is I normally do Do NOT even think about buying anything from themUpdate I received a full refund I had to return glasses to Switzerland which was better than China But at my cost paid extra for signature on receipt Doesn t change to awful quality of their product
