I really wanted them to work

I have 3 toilets in my house I have the Krazy Kleans in all 3 toilet tanks and I ve given them a couple of months to see how they work I m trying to stay objective regarding their claims about throwing away your toilet brush But after just a couple of days it became clear that this was just not possible Sorry for the graphic description but remnants of splattered poo remains caked to the walls of the toilet bowl Krazy Klean will NOT be able to remove these even over long periods of time So you will definitely still need a toilet brush unless you re only peeing in your toilets With regard to hard water stains and other types of toilet bowl stains I have not detected that Krazy Klean does anything to prevent these either In short they appear to be doing absolutely nothing Great marketing though It was certainly good enough to get 100 out of me for the 3 I purchased I have not and will not attempt to return them because my time is worth more than that but I hope your experience is better than mine

Krazy lies

I bought this products months ago and it not only did not keep any of my toliets clean not even one we barely use the rings around the bowl seemed to be happening more frequently I reached out to them because there is a guarantee and I have seen no money back and just jumping through hoops Don t waste your money on this

Complete waste of money

In my opinion this product does not work as promised I m not stupid enough to think I won t ever have to clean my toilet again like is suggested but based on the marketing I saw from them I thought I d at least eliminate the yellow stains between weekly cleaning In my case my toilet is NO different than before I plunged this into my tank I emailed them for a refund and they just keep sending me responses that they will send me something else or I should try something different etc Then no response to my last email stating I want a refund per their policy and basically got ghosted I D ADVISE NOT TO BUY THIS PRODUCT YOU ARE THROWING AWAY MONEY IF YOU DO UPDATE - I emailed them again and they agreed to refund my money and I have received the refund as well So if you bought this and want a refund don t give up because it seems that they will honor their refund policy if your persistent enough But honestly this product shouldn t be on the market or advertised the way it is because it doesn t seem to work for a lot of people Maybe its works for some scenarios but certainly not mine and now how I perceived the marketing

Doesn t do what claims say

I ve used Krazy Klean since the beginning of March in 2toilets in my home and I ve noticed no difference at all I started off with freshly scrubbed toilets and within 3 days I had the same hard water-type stains and mineral deposits forming I would ve been somewhat satisfied if it even bought me a little extra time between toilet cleaning but it made no difference at all I m still having to scrub my toilets 2 to 3 times per week Waste of A LOT money and it s a shame this company makes the customer pay for shipping with returns If they truly stand behind their product with confidence you d think they would offer return shipping at no cost So disappointed

Horrible Customer Service

Horrible Customer Service Purchased 8 15 23 and worked great for 3 maybe 4 months then stopped as advertised Company stated return for refund which I did they received 4 19 24 Never got a refund they blocked me from Facebook and Instagram can t contact thru FB Messenger because they blocked me there as well 99 is quite a bit to lose in this economy They do NOT stand by their warranty at all

Complete scam Online they claim you never have to clean your toilet again However in the product packaging they include a disclaimer stating you may still get a pink ring and will have to clean once a month due to local water treatment To make matters worse I m just under 2 weeks in and already have a black ring forming

Honestly can t believe this company was able to get a bunch of children in a room with such a lying piece of crap to sell this useless product I ve had no success with this product 69 down the toilet Literally sent pictures to the customer service agent where I requested a refund and they sent me more stupid magnets Please do not buy from this scam artist company

I brought 2 of the Krazy Kleans

I would give zero stars if I was able to Ipurchased 2 of the Krazy Kleans believing their hype but to my dismay they don t work I m still scrubbing the rings in my toilets It cost me 67 for duds I am extremely disappointed and would like my money back
