Thank you to the helpful staff at the York branch who went out of their way to find and supply me with a replacement soft close hinge for my cupboard door My kutchenhaus kitchen is more than 10 years old and still looks as good as the day it was first fitted

The whole process was easy Friendly reception in store browse without pressure Easy appointment for measuring Design discussed without drama Great advice on units etc Always felt part of the process instead of a victim of it Constant updating of information so never any surprises All timelines adhered to The installation process was first class and the final result is amazing I cannot praise the branch staff the fitters and subcontractors enough We now have a fantastic kitchen and I think at a competitive price

From the moment we met Charlotte at Kutchenhaus Orpington I knew we were going to receive a quality service Charlotte is passionate about her job and about her clients - there s no offensive sales tactics or anything disingenuous in her approach - she genuinely wants to help you get your dream kitchen Charlotte has been patient with me I can be somewhat indecisive sometimes honest and really responsive Once we bought our kitchen we were introduced to Kate who is so lovely - she has something that could have been really stressful so easy Kate has been flexible so approachable and helpful with all of the various appointments - arranging measuring the space ahead of placing the order organising delivery of the kitchen the templating etc And the aftercare via Charlotte and Kate has been thorough and deliberate - with the same level of consideration and care as before we had paid for the kitchen I honestly can t fault a single thing and we re so happy with our kitchen - the quality is gorgeous and everyone that has seen it loves it even if it isn t their style I would recommend Kutchenhaus Orpington again and again because of Charlotte and Kate Thanks so much ladies

In our previous property we d had a nobilia kitchen We had loved the style the options the practicality and most importantly the quality Halee and the team at Kutchehaus Westbourne made the process simple They we re great at brining our ideas to life impartial and honest feedback made the design process straightforward The whole process was from start to finish was easy with regular communication throughout We ve ended up with a kitchen we love at the right price Effortless and enjoyable working with the team Would highly recommend

Five star kitchen and 5 star service Amazing from start to finish Thank you to Rachel who has been brilliant from the minute we walked into the Preston showroom Really friendly bubbly and most importantly not in the slightest bit pushy We knew the kind of kitchen we wanted but Rachel gave us some fantastic ideas to make the most of the space that we have and we absolutely love it A couple of minor hiccups logistical not Kutchenhaus were sorted immediately We couldn t be happier Thank you to everyone Chris Karen and Rachel We can 100 recommend
