I was looking for a new range cooker

I was looking for a new range cooker that was both stylish and functional and this one definitely fits the bill The customer service I received from Kaiser was also top-notch I had a few questions about the range cooker before I purchased it and the staff at the showroom were very helpful and informative They answered all of my questions and even helped me to choose the right range cooker for my needs

Lovely appliances very happy with them

I bought an oven fridge and a hood from kaiser London show room The sales lady Alina was exceptional Very professional and help me choose the correct items for my country house The design fit so well with my kitchen and the delivery was on point Very very happy with them Will look forward purchasing more items in the near future

I could not be more satisfied with this company

I went to the showroom looking for a new built-in oven and hob and was amazed at how unique looking some of the appliances were The vintage retro style was elegant and all appliances looked very high quality Customer service was excellent They were polite and professional answered all my questions and offered a very good price for a bundle The ordering process was clear and easy and delivery was super quick and informative with delivery dates and times I could not be more satisfied with this company

Great product lousy logistics

Update 8 9 - I love it when a company shows real care for its customers We had a call today Credit where due The issue will be resolved shortly and Kaiser has been most gracious generous w c 4 9-1 delivered Courier won t carry it in Take it back to warehouse No fridge freezer for a week 2 Re-delivered with wrong handles and a missing Hex lug 3 Correct handles delivered but no Allen bolts to fix them to the fridge

It s a solid looking hob which does a good job but it is impossible to simmer on any ring Not the easiest hob to clean either Kaiser did a really good job with the installation which we are very pleased with and overall we are slowly getting used to it

The whole experience with the company has been brilliant Everyone I came in touch was friendly and willing to help From choosing the appliances arranging the delivery and having the items it has been smooth and stress free They have been also very generous offering me a free kettle when I asked them to redeem a voucher after the purchase of the goods To conclude I am confident to declare this has been the best customer service I have delt with Many thanks

Wow what a pleasant experience One is usually a little unsure when it comes to trusting new companies but i took the plunge and bought a beautiful deco oven microwave combination It s rare to find such niche and beautifully designed kitchen appliances and I was delighted when it arrived as beautifully as it boasted to be Unfortunately there was an issue with the oven electrics and I began to worry - but I need not have been concerned Not only was the matter dealt with professionally and in a timely manner but within a week I had not only received an upgrade replacement no extra charge but it came with an engineer who fitted it for me And all at the tail end of the busy seasonal period too Quite unbelievable I wish you well Kaiser may you robustly find your place in the current market you really deserve it

Good Product Knowledgeable Staff

Staff are knowledgeable and the installation was done really well We did have to wait a couple of days for the installation date to be confirmed so that is the only area we would suggest to improve but overall very happy with Kaiser
