Horrible Ruined my Mothers birthday

When you order one thing and they send something completely different Absolutely shocking

I paid 60eur for beautiful flowers for condolences and it arrived a terrible ugly and out of taste mix of flowers complete different of what I ordered

We just - from this shop - ordered flowers and chocolate to a young relative in Sierads that just lost her dad It was kind of expensive But the main issue was They didn t deliver anything They lied about that she wasn t at home but she was SHE then had to visit THEM And finally they gave her the wrong gift A bad one Bandit s

Avoid Avoid I ve ordered flower arrangements for my nans funeral to be delivered to my auntie s as due to pandemic I wasn t able to travel After receiving a photo of flowers I was horrified Spent almost 100 for what is supposed to be a massive and beautiful wreath and instead we ve received cheap bouquet that you can get for 20 After contacting the company they have admitted to their mistake and advised that flower shop that was in charge of completing my order will be told and as an apology they have offered me a 10 refund which I ve found unacceptable Soon after PayPal been notified and seller has agreed to process full refund IF they receive purchased flowers back please bare in mind that this comunication process took over a month I found returning flowers impossible as they were already laid on my late nans grave It was hard enough that we couldn t travel over to say our last goodbyes and on top of this I had to deal with this ridiculous company Please think twice before placing order through their website

I have ordered a flower arrangement large size 18 flowers for 269zl What was delivered was a total embarrassment max 8-10 flowers small size not arranged at all as on the picture Very sad as I meant it as a special farewell for my favorite aunt

Horrible service I made an order for flower delivery double check and called twice to the hotline if the order will be in time Shop canceled my order without letting me know or saying sorry If you want to spoil your plans and mood - it is a perfect service Would not recommend in any case

I bought a bouquet of flowers on 5 November to be delivered to an address in Warsaw Poland Unfortunately the one that turned up didn t look anything like the one I ordered What s more the flowers used were past their best I felt utterly embarrassed in front of the person who received them I complained and the company admitted their error however their offer to reimburse me with just 15 of the value of the order felt like an insult I will definitely not be placing another order and advise you not to either
