Terrible service

Terrible service They told me adress was incorrect but it was correct They didn t call the recipient to confirm they were available for delivery They told me to pay again to re deliver so I paid again I told them to call the recipient before delivery and they didn t Bad service Took my money and flowers were undelivered

Awful experience

Awful experience They tried to cancel the order 1 hour before the agreed delivery time as they didn t have flowers in the colours chosen by me - white cream I placed an order more than a week in advance The flowers were not as described and the customer service was terrible After almost 1 month they returned 15 of the price They also offered to return those week-old flowers at that time Could you imagine asking your Mum to pack and send back the bouquet I would not recommend this company and would not use it again AVOID My comment disappears from time to time on their Facebook so I had to post it again and again but it explains why most of the comments are positive Don t be fooled by the positive ones

Awful experience The flowers delivered were of extremely poor quality Looking at various other feedback I should have never used this company looks like my experience is not the only one

very disappointment with the service

This experience has been very frustrating and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and resolution I expected a much higher standard of service especially for a special occasion 18 birthday Initially the first delivery attempt was unsuccessful due to my mistake and I accepted the redelivery charge changing the delivery address to my mother s home where someone is always present However my mother reported that no one contacted her about the delivery Instead your customer service called me to inform me that the courier was on his way back which I found quite confusing I specifically mentioned that the courier had not called my mother and she would not have known if he was outside After that conversation I was assured that the matter would be investigated yet I received no follow-up that day The following day I received an email stating that the flowers were ready for pick-up or that I could pay for redelivery When I requested a refund the response I received was that the recipient was not there and again I was offered the option to pick up the flowers or pay for redelivery
