My order never arrived and they won t respond

My order never arrived UPS never even received my package I ve reached out to the company over a dozen times and gotten zero response

they will not ship to Australia

Want to use their product really really want to but even though they advertise in Australia their website tells me they won t ship to Australia Kwik-Hang you just lost a bucket load of business

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service They say that they will email you back within 24 hrs but I send them 3 separate emails and all I got was auto reply Also I made an order 1 week ago and still do not the status of it at all Stay away from them For expensive brackets they need to have better service

Worst customer service ever

I ordered a rod that was supposed to go up to 86 inches They sent the wrong rod tried to gaslight me and tell me I didn t order the correct the rod and then said I could return an 11 rod if I paid the cost of shipping it back 7-10 to ship with confirmation Umm sorry no thanks The 1 isn t worth all that hassle Horrible customer service They have no telephone number and their email customer service takes days to get a response Don t use them Ever The worst

Never delivered and customer service does not replyI ordered from the site you emailed me that it was delivered and it wasn t I have sent you 5 messages trying to connect and absolutely nobody has replied Order 232768

Customer service doesn t exist

I am returning an order and nobody is attending to my concern My order is missing 2 set of their double brackets I cannot return almost 150 worth of brackets I ordered that I don t need right now because of the pandemic

Awful experience

Poor customer service ignorant staff They held back my already paid for package without my permission I noticed after several weeks my package hadn t shipped so I emailed and asked why They said they thought I was going to order more I never once said I was going to order more and I did not ask them to hold my package especially since it was already paid for This confused me as to why would they not ship what was already paid for After having to argue with them back and forth they finally did their job and shipped the items I bought weeks prior I won t be ordering from them again and they can forget about any recommendations EDIT I did not open a new order I merely asked a question and they assumed I was ordering more without actually asking me first

If you email customer service - be prepared to wait and wait and wait and wait Never heard back from them Product was great except one of the teeth bent when knocking it into the same piece of wooden frame as it s counterpart NO RESPONSE Crickets
