Constant harassment

I have told this useless excuse of a company that I do not have the ID which is required on more than one occasion but still I am being harassed with emails to provide ID The company that employs this bunch of clowns knows this If you do not stop this harassment I will take this further I am already suffering survere mental health so thanks for making things worse

Very inefficient and poor quality

Very inefficient and poor quality service Poorly set up to deal with international documents e g European Passport Cards They confuse passports and identity cards They struggle with pdfs They struggle with turn around time

Absolutley crap

Absolutley crap its asks for ID rejects one part and then says that it has a dupliacte of what you have uploaded So poor user interface

No help at all Documents that have been scanned and used for many other services are rejected Do they expect people to have a personal photographic studio
