Ordered some Ultraboost laces Never came and ignored all attempts to contact requesting an update This company is literally robbing money from customers I can t understand how trading standards can permit them to continue trading Disgraceful Especially given the company has manoeuvred itself as one of the 1st choices offered up when googling for adidas replacement laces DO NOT use this company blatant fraud

Do not use this company it is a scam The laces are advertised for Adidas or Nike etc but when you order them they are nothing like the picture they ignore all emails or calls txts when you try to get a refund They are cheap flat laces nothing like what you order they use pictures of brand trainers to make you think that s what you are getting

I placed an order on 18th February for 4 sets of adidas laces upon receiving them I have found them to be nothing like adidas laces or even close to the images on the website I tried to contact them via email with no success I tried the contact us leave a message option on the web page with no response I rang the number listed on the web page but calls go straight to answer phone I recommend that you do not use this company poor quality items with no customer service or response to any enquiries

Laces came eventually

Laces did come eventually Got next day delivery and never turned up Didn t receive a confirmation email and when they did turn up bear in mind I had got a refund from Monzo for being scammed They turned up not even the colours I ordered The beige was more like a greeny grey Terrible quality Also they say they re a British website but spell favourite like favorite Should ve been a massive give away

Totally agree with the other reviews They took my money but didn t send a confirmation email I ve tried both email address the online contact us option and I ve called them No response and I m still waiting for my laces If anyone is near 1 Great George Street in Weymouth could you give them a knock and find out what s going on

Avoid at all costs Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing the laces Ordered a pair of yeezy laces no confirmation email of order having been placed so thought it hadn t gone through and ordered another pair 1st ordered pair arrived about 2 weeks later and look nothing like yeezy laces second pair has now arrived and surprise surprise they look nothing like yeezy laces either Have tried to contact them for a refund by phone email and twice on their website with no replies on any Now stuck with 2 pairs of awful laces and out of pocket Complete scam artists

This is not a registered company

I ordered laces and paid premium postage I received no email confirmation and tried to contact customer service It does not work - the Instagram is false the address is false the mobile is false - this is a scam company that takes your money no goods arrived It is not registered on Direct Gov either as a business I am in the process of reporting them They are a fraudster team

Just an update the laces arrived about two weeks later and they were the cheapest laces from a second hand type company NOT Veja laces as I ordered I paid an extra 8 for express delivery and they arrived after two weeks It is possible to report this company with the police as it s obviously taking money fraudulently - I have The email address bounces back too
