Fraudulent and criminal

I ve had money invested with this company since 2020 and haven t been able to sell any of my positions or withdraw any of it The properties I investing in through Landa have not sold any meaningful amount of shares since I invested That s over three years of money being locked up with no end in sight They lock up your funds and use them to purchase other properties and pay their salaries while you re stuck holding the bag There is not enough user interaction to fully sell their offerings which in turn you re not allowed to sell and they refuse to buy back shares so the entire scam is fully dependent on customers selling and buying which just doesn t happen They do this purely to screw over customers and ensure their greedy slumlord hands get paid first Many of the properties are also very poor quality and not worth investing in The only offering that I was holding at 100 took over 6 months to sell because no one is buying The price of the shares are arbitrary your profit will be eaten by fees and the profit will take decades to be realized And by then you may still not be able to withdraw your money if it even exists It s a scam and criminal These guys deserve to be thrown in prison You re much better off just investing in real estate ETFs that are actually legitimate Beyond their criminal activity and purely from an investment perspective their offerings are horrendous compared to nearly any real estate security you can buy through the stock market Avoid Landa at all cost And if you ve invested with them time to start looking for a lawyer to file a class action lawsuit This company needs to be shutdown immediately

If i can give negative stars i would still no call backs cant transfer of see anything 10K down the drain stay far away from Landa should of just done CD is would of been more profitable and way easier that Landa still waiting for a response and trying to get back my money invested in this scam

Landa is a scam I bought some share with them only for account suspended no explanation for it and i have sent many mails and chats never get response from a living human being

It seems like a good deal The stats are hard to find My balance just keeps slowly going down I have lost more than 25 of my investment when it seems as if I should be doing good by reviewing the information I AM CONVINCED IT IS A SCAM I have used lands for well over a year

5 share is a marketing ploy

I was brought in by the minimum 5 investment advertisement However I learned right away that it was 5 PER SHARE and every investment I looked at had a minimum number of shares to buy that brought the investment up to around 100 Took a long time to get my money INTO the account and when I decided to NOT use it it is taking a MONTH to get my money back if I get it at all Update I did get my money back It was delayed due to hitting a fraud alert Money directly from MY account to theirs and back triggers a fraud alert It was only 50 However it was just over a month to get out

We were a contractor for Landa until they stopped paying their bills They always payed slower but when communication disappeared and the promise to pay dates were missed We are now filing several liens on their properties
