Health Surveillance
I think what went right would be a better question to ask In April 2024 we booked a Health Surveillance test for our staff They turned up and did the testing but my staff commented that he was struggling with the equipment 30 August we were advised that some members of our staff needed to be retested with an additional cost to us I asked for more information and eventually was told they had no data for me as they didnt do the test in the first place 17th October we were offered free testing for the tests they did not do It is now the 13th November and they are not answering any correspondence when I am trying to get dates This is not unusually Recorded delivery letters are ignored They casual say that past emails have been sent but we have never received them and they can never produce any copies I will keep you posted as to what happens next
