I can t say enough about the nurses that have looked after me over the past few years from Lloyds Pharmacy Clinical Homecare especially Jane McKellar They are polite punctual caring and prioritise my wellbeing I ve had a few issues with Customer Service since they closed their Scottish Office Overall their Clinical Team have been outstanding

My home care nurse Debbie Thomson is a kind caring and extremely supportive nurse she goes beyond the call of duty to help me My experience with her as my nurse is 10 stars she is the only nurse that has made me feel safe and less anxious when he visits she is a credit to Lloyds pharmacy I have had three other nurses from Lloyds and none as experienced and caring as Debbie thank you Debbie

An excellent team of nurses

I m so well looked after by this brilliant team of specialist nurses They are so polite in my home environment and really make my day with their humour and smiley faces The care I received is excellent They ensure my feed takes place in a sterile environment and my dignity is extremely important They try to cater for my needs on days during hospital visits when I may be back late or have to go early

This is a review of my amazing nurse VICKY KEMPSON She has been coming out to me for bloods and chemo treatment for the last 5 months and she has made the whole process feel relaxed and has helped me massively She is so personable whilst also incredibly professional offering not only physical health advice but also mental and wellbeing tips I feel like I m speaking with a long lost friend and she goes out of her way to chase things for me I may have to stop using Lloyds due to availability of my chemo drug so wanted to ensure she is recognised as a true superstar and she thoroughly deserves this to be recognised by her manager Kylie also Couldn t be more thankful

I ve been on homecare with Lloyds for 12 months now and while there was some intial issues Which I think stemed from seeing 15 different nurses in 20 odd visits These issues now seem to have been resolved and I ve had similar nurses for each of my recent visits Seeing a similar nurse each time helps me relax as I already know them and them me So they re not coming in blind each time Special mention to Jane McArthur she always arrives on time shes very professional and always tries her best Jane s a real credit to the business

I had my ivig infusion this morning The nurse Lisa Birchall was excellent she was accompanied today by Katie who is adding ivig delivery to her oncology skills It was a really good experience thanks to both of you

I was about to start a new daily injection Nurse Debbie Thomson came to be with me while I took my first injection she explained everything clearly and when I administered my first injection within minutes I had a serious reaction Debbie immediately took charge called can ambulance and Then gave me the first of two adrenaline injections She was so caring snd efficient made me feel safe She stayed with me until my daughter and the ambulance arrived I can t thank her enough x
