I had the worst past experience with HappyNest so I was reluctant to try a new laundry service but this was GREAT They will - Pick up and bring back your clothes as scheduled- Charge you exactly as mentioned clearly on the site no hidden fees - Deliver folded and smelling amazing laundry very deep cleaned as well Im SO happy Totally worth it

Excellent customer service

Following a query I raised about the invoice for our order Maradona responded very quickly The total weight was checked and the over charged amount was promptly refunded i have used Laundryheap for a while now and am happy with how this was resolved as well as the quality of the laundry services provided The customer service experience was excellent

First order for bed sheets and towels

Made our first order this week we had a lot of bed sheets and large towels to wash dry At this time of the year drying these at home can be difficult as your can t place them outside on the washing line The whole process from booking collection and return was super simple and all worked as expected Would recommend

Great service

The clothes have been properly drycleaned and nicely packaged as well Easy to navigate app made it easier to figure things and it also had everything explained properly The app also has a tracking system so that you can be prepared to hand over the clothes to the driver whenever he arrives I missed my delivery the other day as I wasn t available at the given location and I was a little anxious that I might be charged extra for another attempt to deliver because even the driver has tried to contact me to deliver the things but I was unavailable but Laundryheap did not charge me for another attempt and the driver was very friendly as well

Basically it s a laundry service and my things are laundered - tick Other things also count convenience ease of booking keeping to schedule communication and in my case finding my address which a bit of a challenge All done well which doesn t waste my time and communicates service and professionalism to me Pricing seems a little high but is clear at the outset so you can choose or not

Easy to use service for offices

Easy to use service for offices that require laundry They pick up and drop off so no need to do anything else The support platform can be a bit frustrating as it requires you to download an app which is not available to many office administrators without a company phone so would rather have an email or support number

Laundry collected and delivered back on time you can even track where the van is on its journey to you laundry was washed dried and folded and returned in a bag to re-use next time Excellent service and pleasant drivers Wish I d known about Laundryheap earlier
