To LBank Exchange Subject assets was taken out of my account HCD department has forcefully accused on asking Hello sir As we traded the ETF on 28 Nov 2022OXY3L TO USDT During the training period we made a large number of withdrawals in TRX coins My withdrawal still hasn t come and my account has been added to the disparities After that we contacted LBank customer service they responded You have done unusual transaction please contact HCD department Abnormal transactions that are reported on the LBank platform will be roll back for the safety of the consumer s funds Account released on 22 March 2023 We opened the account and saw that I do not have the funds so we established contact with HCDHCD responded You have done unusual transactions in oxy3l usdt Competent Authority has intervened in the investigation abnormal assets have been frozen Then account issue and Competent Authority has already prosecuted in local court HCD has not answered any of my questions till date lbank customer care live query how to withdraw funds from my account without otp HCD The login password and OTP mentioned in the response are for the user HCD is part of a system They can do anything Contact HCD for more details why are we being accused We haven t had any unusual transactions And why are we suffering for 5 months without any reason We have only done training on lbank exchange and nothing else lBank Exchange As per the above rules ETF cannot have unusual transactions then why am i being accused lbank customer service or lbank customer service live all of them are not responding saying speaking Your account cannot be handled by customer service please contact HCD department Why remove my assets when a higher authority HCD My Account history deleted and OXY3L TO USDT coin removed from LBank Platform I request you all high level officials with folded hands to help me get justice Thanks

Lbank is the biggest scammer nowthey block all my assets without any issues because I make profit one time all time I lose money in this scam exchange that s was normal but when I make profit from my sell they block my account and freeze all my assets They are scammer Don t deposit money because you will not able to withdrawal it Ibank is the biggest scammer in the world

Good platform for trading Crypto that is run by crooks BEWARE OF LBANK I just found out that LBank put a restriction to deposit AND WITHDRAW unless you complete KYC for residents of a certain country Restrictions to deposit is understandable but restriction on withdrawal is daylight robbery KuCoin also requires KYC but their restriction is ONLY on the deposit but they allow you to withdraw LBank com CANNOT Be Trusted They stole our crypto coins and tokens without allowing us to withdraw our assets

LBank Cannot be trusted Good platform for trading The only problem they will prevent you from withdrawing as they like And use the excuse of KYC when the National law allow full withdrawal for user who do not accept the change in the new KYC policy which previously were different A scam crypto exchange that cannot be trusted

One of the worst exchanges I ve tried so far as far as customer service is concerned practically non-existent and when they respond they do so with incomprehensible instructions and with English that needs to be interpreted - I ve been waiting for more than 1 month to get some money back without any success terrible
