The introduction of the new LCG platform along with the mobile APP facilitates ease and speed in executing trades and following the performance with the provided charts and controlling protecting and modifying positions Mobile phone alerts are very helpful Buy Sell spreads are tight and competitive in comparison with other trade platforms

Like many others I cannot get my money

Like many others I cannot get my money from LCG I have given them all the details they have asked for They simply reject the transfer request for no good reason Will resort to asking for legal help and hope to get some compensation from them in addition So different from IG who I use all the time now The LCG website I find confusing I have had margin calls causing me to lose money on trades Never get this with IG The IG site is very responsive and the charts crystal clear I have made a very healthy profit with IG but barely broken even with LCG Would definitely never recommend LCG or use them again

LCG deleted more than 30k of profits when i want to make an withdrawal

I was cheated from a company LCG Capital Markets Limited the deleted more than 33 thousand EUR after I request to make an withdrawal request I opened account with London Capital Group as they seems to be an serious broker having also FCA licence But I do have very bad experience with their Bahamas entity probably they can afford to do all bad things they want there As a retail trader I was using their services in good faith and I did not take any unfair advantage of thier services or otherwise act in an unfair manner or abusive manner in respect to your systems platforms or accounts as they are accousing me of I can not satisfy with excuses they have without any evidence and not willing to respond questions that I have which will prove they are bluffing Stay away from this broker

I can t get them on the phones

I can t get them on the phones Have been trying for two weeks They have over 20k of my money and are not answering emails I send them as well They are behaving as if they were not regulated by the FCA The telephone number the FCA gave me for them is unobtainable They say they are partnering with IG but IG say they no nothing about it Extremely angry and worried An IT outage doesn t stop you answering emails and phone two weeks later
