AIDA is worth it
I just finished an interview where the interviewer said I did great AND I could actually answer all of his technical questions and theory questions I would not have been able to get to this point without AIDA providing the structure rigorous challenges expertise and collaborative community I am confident that leaving the classroom and taking this leap was the right decision for me If you are serious about making a career transition AIDA will help you make that move

From a veteran teacher of 15 years
From a veteran teacher of 15 years the field of Instructional Design felt like the next logical step I am so grateful to have discovered the Applied Instructional Design Academy - the absolute best way to make that transition successfully I am a graduate with 4 new software programs under my belt theory training and a close-knit community of current IDs in the field who gave me constant feedback at all times of the day Software licenses voiceover programs and resume rewriting help which would ve been paid for separately in a career transition is INCLUDED in the payment for the program The network of supportive and encouraging members and staff who work with you every step of the way is unmatched anywhere else I continue to be grateful for stumbling upon this program It has been worth every penny

Learning Strategy and Design s AIDA
Learning Strategy and Design s AIDA certification is no joke They Jill the proprietor her staff of working IDs and the designated success advisors know what is important in the world of instructional design and they focus on helping to develop those skills They truly want you do do well and view your success as a reflection of themselves The course is rigorous definitely not a breezy online program They cram a lot into a short time but provide avenues for constant support whenever you might need it I would not hesitate to recommend this certification program to anyone serious about becoming an ID

Best decision of my life
Best decision of my life was to give AIDA a chance I was taught so much had a POD group leader that was in my corner 24 7 along with great POD-mates that I still am in contact with today Any questions or concerns that I had left the moment I had my first group check in with my leader because it is obvious EVERYONE wants for you to exceed My current position is part time and I still make more than I did when I worked full time Plus it is all remote so I work from home If you are considering trying AIDA I highly recommend giving them a chance But only if you want to change your life

Highly Recommend
My experience with AIDA has been wonderful all the way around I have learned so much from this program and met some exceptional people through it When I found the program through a free Facebook seminar I had been looking at ID jobs but didn t know how to make the transition from teacher to Instructional Designer This program made it simple to learn the new skills I needed to successfully transition Cassie my success advisor has always been so supportive and encouraging Without AIDA there is no way I would have been able to make my transition so quickly to a new position that is absolutely perfect I would highly recommend this program to anyone especially teachers looking to make a change and get into the Instructional Design field

Invest In Yourself
As an educator 20 years I didn t know how to be anything other than a teacher but in my heart I knew I had so many applicable skills to offer As a dabbled with instructional design on my own I found my spark but didn t know how to move forward AIDA gave me the confidence support and motivation to invest in myself Every single person that is part of the AIDA community including mentors and members has contributed to my success through continuous support You never feel alone in your instructional design journey because there is always someone to reach out to for ID support or just for a pep talk I can proudly say now I am an instructional designer
