Absolutely worth the wait -- excellent service

More time on the sofa during Covid made us realize we needed a new one and we wanted to buy another Natuzzi for our vacation home Searching the internet for sources with good prices and superior reviews led us to Leather Furniture Expo I ordered a full complement of free leather samples which arrived promptly The website is very user friendly easy to understand how we could piece together the perfect sectional for our room They were up front about the delivery time over 6 months but the weekly updates were enough to keep us from worrying that our order may have fallen into a black hole The final payment was due before the sofa could clear customs My only complaint was that after paying this the weekly updates stopped However when I called I promptly reached a LIVE HELPFUL human who reassured me Delivery to our Lake Tahoe home happened as scheduled despite recording setting snow The team was professional Absolutely worth the wait and I will use Leather Furniture Expo again

I was worried about ordering furniture

I was worried about ordering furniture online especially since it was such a large amount I put my fears aside and ordered the leather samples They arrived in a short period of time Leather Expo was contacted by phone where I placed my order They have a system of updates which are sent via email so I was updated every week on the progress of my order The couches arrived on time and in excellent condition They are absolutely beautiful I could not get the color I wanted in a local store or the quality My experience was great and I would not hesitate to order again Quality and construction were excellent

Very satisfied with our beautiful sectional

We ordered many samples from Leather Furniture Expo before selecting our color and leather We chose Classic Sable - Grade 2000 for a Palliser sectional We are very happy with the sofa the delivery the workmanship and the quality The cushions are firmer than expected but it is very comfortable for conversation and napping - We were nervous about ordering online site unseen but all in all it was a very good experience It took about 8-10 weeks total from order to delivery

Was Worried Learned Patience but Came Exactly as Pictured

I inherited a set of cream white Italian Leather couches for my home The brand was sold in Copenhagen Furniture Stores in 2015-2019 -- but is very hard to find in the United States or any retailer Our home was hoping to get an ottoman to match the furniture set Mind you - the color and material this furniture is made out of is fairly high end and very distinct I looked for months and stumbled upon Leather Furniture Expo LFE I looked at the tag on the bottom yes the black mesh under of my couch for the exact color number to match shades This was my biggest fear -- and an easy way to tell fakes -- if the colors were not listed by number or looked different than what I would expect LFE was charging a great price so I said what the hell and bought it Then the waiting started an email which became weekly detailing the status of my order looked to take 16 weeks on estimate shipping customs -- oh my God what did I get myself into I had written off the money I spent Time passed -- the emails kept coming moving the timer closer to delivery With about 1 week left til delivery date FedEx came with a well wrapped box and a signature confirmation that they dropped off inside I opened it up -- and the piece matched 100 to my set We are thrilled Feel color even smell -- the trim the wood used the stoppers every detail was flawless We were thrilled and will be using again If you are on the fence try them out You won t regret it just be patient

It was exciting to receive a follow up every week on the progress of our couch It was great to customize it When we received it in our home the set up was very professional The couch was more beautiful than I expected It had everything on it that we ordered Thank you for a wonderful experience from beginning to end

I am amazed that I found this company just searching the net Ordered leather sectional based on my chosen configuration Custom made with my color and leather grade Received weekly emails to show me where my sectional was in the manufacturing process Delivered with white glove option which included assembly All shipping materials were taken away leaving us with the most beautiful piece of furniture I definitely had my expectations exceeded
