Initial order was a custom canvas ordered online paid for after a week or so we were told it was too low a resolution image for Legendary to print it on canvas We requested a refund which took almost two weeks just to process due to delays in communication from Legendary My second order looked fine online but came in such a low resolution print that it is not something I d put on my wall I understand if the photo I took myself is too low but receiving an image Legendary is printing on canvas is a bit underwhelming I was asked if I could wait until Legendary found an image of higher resolution at which point I was over the entire experience They eventually refunded my money on the second purchase which was great but the delays in communication and the resolution issues just tainted the entire experience unfortunately

Not much problem with the site itself but when I order my painting fedex could not find my adress but DHL find it quikly Also the new paintings that marketing department is sending in emails are ugly

I purchased a huge wall print in 3 panels Every pic I sent was stated to not be of a good quality I settled on one and when I received it the wall brackets were installed on the bottom of the pictures instead the top

We love our Breckenridge wall art however one of the 4 prints is ever so slightly smaller at the bottom at the top so on the wall one gap is larger than the other It drives my husband s OCD crazy Otherwise we love it

First of all I did not realize my canvas was coming out of Dubai Secondly It has about a 3 inch scuff mark and finally it has two pieces of debris in between the canvas and the cardboard that I don t dare to dig out I will shop Elsewhere

I asked if the second piece of art I purchased was from China I received it prior to any response I still haven t received one While my son loved it it was a present customer service is extremely important when using the internet I have never purchased from them again

Prints were acceptable Took long time for delivery and purchased 2 frames that came disassembled and over priced and sub par material then to Put time into putting together frames and then be disappointed and go out and buy all new frames so really not overly satisfied Thank you Michael

Good frame and solid for framing on wall The picture on the other hand is blown up and kind of fuzzy If you re on the fence about this or the water colored version of this same picture go for that one It d probably be for the best as the colors fill in the grey s and blown out parts of the picture No other issues to report though will buy again eventually but will be a bit more vigilant with the picture

The only disappointing factor was the quality of the image

The customer service side of things with this company is fine if a little demanding the shipping and warehouse workers side of things is going to prevent me from ever buying products from Legendary again as the only order I had from them for 4 different pieces came with 2 of the pieces damaged in the warehouse transit when I complained about the 2 pieces they sent me replacements only after I sent them several pictures of the damages first one of the replacement canvases was in perfect condition but the other one had obviously had its frame completely broken in the warehouse and one of the workers there had thrown some wood glue on it and called it good despite the frame being obviously warped all in all I was happy that Legendary sent me replacement canvases but their warehouse shipping departments complete lack of attention to detail bordering on blatant disregard for product quality will prevent me from ever being a customer again Update I appreciate the offer of additional partial refund and replacement canvases but the refunds and replacements you already provided me will be sufficient it s just annoying to get caught in a cycle of having replacements sent and having to go through the hassle next time I buy wall art I ll probably just try my luck elsewhere perhaps locally since I can inspect the product for defects before buying the wood glue on the replacement one was the worst part some of the damages to the initial canvases could have been attributed to shipping companies but the wood glue was kind of a slap in the face directly from the producer
