The image is nothing like you see online I paid extra for insurance Was very disappointed and after emailing them was told someone will contact me within 24-48hrs Awaiting refund eventhough it will be pricey to send back If you stand behind your product cover the return shipping

Terrible customer service for no

Terrible customer service for no refunds when I gave a gift and the mistake made was I was charged for two extra extra large three piece pictures Obviously a mistake that was not question before going to print who orders 2 three piece extra extra large pictures of a custom car Your only response was we don t do refunds No offer to make it right Just made the decision that we don t do refunds Sad because I have multiple prints that I wanted done and was very happy with your customizable feature I will not be doing business with your company again

Absolutely horrible service

Absolutely horrible service I got my canvas with broken corners and when I tried to resolve it with a customer rep they just brushed it off and thought I would forget They said they would send a replacement I waited all day to a day off work but no FedEx driver came Two business days later I went to the FedEx location where it was on hold and when I got there it said it was already sent back to the shipper Will never buy from this website ever again Reliability is a mega issue nowadays and this company is on the bottom of that list for me

Poor quality and picture

We were super excited to receive our canvas of Lake Tahoe and Chris Farley from Tommy Boy but when we opened the wall art neither looked the same as advertised The blues and greens from the picture of Lake Tahoe weren t nearly as vibrant more stretched out blurry and even grainy Same for the Chris Farley picture For price you pay we would expect the art to come as advertised but we were very disappointed with the quality The customer service was quick to respond and professional but come to realize you have to pay the shipping not refundable to send it back to their Longmont office for us was 23 Wouldn t recommend Legendary Art until maybe they get a different supplier currently ships from Asia

Terrible Customer Service - Order Never Received

I should have read the reviews before I made the purchase from Legendary Wall Art My hand stretched canvas apparently shipped from India with signature required upon delivery Despite signing through the FedEx site to avoid signature upon delivery I never received the order I contacted Legendary Wall Art and received a response from Kathleen that I should contact FedEx immediately before the product was returned or destroyed Over an hour later with FedEx customer service no resolution and no support whatsoever from Legendary Wall Art I simply lost the 215 spent on the product

Item arrived severely damaged and after going back and forth with a cocky customer service rep for a week was only given a 20 refund BBB formal complaint is forthcoming Will never do business with you again and will actively warn other to do the same

When I received my order it was damaged

When I received my order it was damaged Customer service was helpful and quickly sent me a replacement Then the replacement I received was also damaged and customer service was nowhere to be found So I paid almost 400 dollars for 2 damaged canvases

Not impressed

Print took over three weeks to receive Customer service was defensive and full of excuses Manager did not know her own policies regarding shipping times posted on website Recommend using another business or just know the shipping times are not as advertised In response to the reply from Legendary Wall Art I did receive your email and I also explained to you that I no longer wanted to communicate with YOU because you were argumentative and just giving excuses instead of stating you were wrong and wanting to make it right I simply wanted the print in a timely manner as advertised on your website Just a bad experience No harm and no foul Good luck in the future

Quality of art is pure garbage

Quality of art is pure garbage If you like a small picture blown up out of proportions and blurry images this place is for you Furthermore now I have to pay 50 out of pocket to return because returns are not free Had I known these were small images blown out of proportion I would ve never ordered because online at states high-quality images it doesn t say magnification I emailed the picture to the company to show them what it looks like

Do not purchase from this business There is a lady named Kathleen who is absolutely a horrible human being that is their customer service representative Go and look at their BBB reviews and notice that almost every one of those reviews mention her specifically She is going to sink this company from running her mouth rudely to customers through email I was appalled by this lady s choice of words Do better Edit to reply to said business so Kathleen was correct emailing me calling me an entitled person who thinks they are above the rules because I asked if you would retroactively apply a discount to an item that went 40 off a few days after I purchased Got it She snapped off after I pointed out your own policy listed on your website of which I attached in a screenshot about contacting you about applying a discount It s literally on your website to contact you But glad you condone your rude employee s behavior Once again check out BBB to find out this isn t an isolated incident Fyi businesses refund people all the time that contact them about an item going on sale after they purchase It s not an uncommon thing to ask and doesn t make me an entitled person that thinks they are above the rules for asking It s called I didn t want to be wasteful and purchase a second one on discount on Monday because I wanted to trust in good faith that your business would be kind and understanding and do the right thing I emailed you on Monday fyi the day the sale was happening That s all I have to say on the matter Once again when multiple people call Kathleen out by name as rude she s rude Stand by her if you want she s rude And she s hurting your business Period And to go one step further to indicate in your comments that I only wrote this review because I was upset about not getting the discount is false The review was written only after Kathleen felt the need to smart off after pointing out your own policy Only then did I think people should know about your poor customer service which is why this review was written in the first place Just fyi
