Overpriced and awful service

Overpriced and the one of the worst customer service experiences I ve had to deal with I shouldn t have had to go through the BBB for a simple return There s too many competitors out there with better prices and support I m giving them 2 stars only because I finally did get my refund only after contacting the BBB and having the issue escalated but I will never buy art from them again

When I received the pieces I immediately new this wasn t what I was expecting and called to get an RMA They didn t work that way The customer support person had an attitude and told me to just mail it back in the same box Impossible They packed 5-6 pics into a box so small there was no way of that happening I m the end they are lying in a bigger box in the closet

The delivered product was well packaged but underwhelming given the cost

The delivered product was blurry pixelated and one of the important frames I ordered a series of 4 panels had part of the persons head cut off

The pictures I purchased were not as pictured The prints I ordered were a distorted version of the website photo which was disappointing The ones I got were clearly distorted to fit the size I ordered- so they looked elongated and narrower than the photo Very disappointed for the price

Ehhhh

Love the idea hate the execution First piece arrived poorly packaged and slightly damaged They offered a replacement but this one wasn t terrible so I took a gift card to use on a future purchase That one came with a hole in it They ship these with basically a layer of saran wrap and then one layer of thin cardboard that s basically it On both they put ultra thin foam on the corners but stuck it right to the artwork and wasn t placed in a manner to really protect anything The kicker was getting a call from FedEx inquiring about the shipper s insurance claim for 8 000 lol Makes you wonder if that s the reason for the poor packaging With that said I do get compliments on the picture since they do have some interesting stuff

I m not sure if this is about my most

I m not sure if this is about my most recent purchase or the one last month So far this one has been smooth just ordered days ago The last not so much Came damaged sent many pictures and kept being asked to send more pics of more damage Really frustrating as I hope to spend a lot of money decorating new place I ll continue to explore more canvas sites for future purchases

Not what I expected

Shipping was fast eventhough it came from India The quality of the canvas was not what I expected Though the photo in itself was what I ordered the quality was not I did not receive a museum quality print as stated on the website but I also am not willing to pay over 100 for return shipping I guess this is on me for trusting blindly I m going to end up just donating the it and continue on my hunt for another living room piece
