Great canvas image average canvas frame

The quality of the image was exceptional but was unfortunately less satisfied with the wood framing of the canvas It was not framed correctly and had to fix it myself The original framing caused the canvas to warp out of shape

The artwork is phenomenal Great selection Super fast shipping A bit pricey Need to box the art with stronger backing as they tend to cave in during shipping

I purchased the Butterfly canvas by D Downey The print canvas came out nicely however I paid for the frame and it was poorly constructed of cheap materials Also the canvas was not attached properly to the frame Sometimes you get what you pay for meh Luckily the customer service agent responded immediately and was more than happy to help In the end I paid a local framer for a more quality frame and was happy with the final product

Impeccable Customer Service

Overall the picture come out pretty nice there are so small details problems mostly due to shipping One picture had dents in bottom and another the frame had some minor damaged and clearly was repaired before shipping The customer service is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with fast and friendly service They replaced the picture with dents right away

Recommended but not perfect

The overall make of the canvases are very impressive save for some small scuff marks and one side isn t made straight Otherwise recommendedEdit since LWA reached out to me they have been excellent in their service and completely replaced the previous canvas

Great canvas artwork but

The canvas artwork is phenomenal and I absolutely love it The reason I removed a star is because the wooden frame seems cheap and in less than a year one of my panels has completely warped while on the wall and is almost a full inch away from the wall Some of the wood for the frame is bowed so the panels aren t parallel on the wall Nitpicking Yes but it does throw off the final product You d probably never notice it from a distance but it is disappointing to see up close I m going to have a local art shop reframe them Annoying but at least the core artwork is solid

My overall experience with good

My overall experience with Legendary Wall Art has been great and their products are amazing This was my second piece The only reason I didn t give 5 is because this last piece was slightly damaged This was not damaged in transit because the approach to packing for shipment was impeccable This was clearly damaged before being packed and shipped off The outer packaging was not damaged whatsoever Nevertheless the piece was amazing and their customer service is also great and I will order again

The packaging was fantastic but

The packaging was fantastic Very well done The panels have a small circular spot where the print is missing It s not distinguishable from a distance but it can be seen close up Otherwise the imagine is great I was impressed with the brightness of the image

If ordering artwork as a gift allow

If ordering artwork as a gift allow plenty of lead time as mine came from India I ordered a picture for my son s birthday and he loves it but there was a small defect on the canvas After initially leaving a three-star review I was contacted by customer service and they offered to replace my order Since the defect was small we disguised it with a Sharpie we opted to keep the original picture so Legendary Wall Art gave me a 20 credit on my purchase The bottom line is Legendary Wall Art has excellent customer service and they wanted to make things right

Beautiful art

Beautiful art - as pictured Not sure why Taylor Swift has 2 signatures on my daughter s prints but she loves it nonetheless 4 5 because of shipping It was slow and the signature required thing - which I didn t select - would have been a problem if I hadn t been home at the second attempt to deliver a few days before Xmas Overall my girls loved their art and I would order from here again
