Your customer service person really took care of me after signing for a damaged shipping container i had FedEx note the damage and the customer service rep wanted pictures of the damage After determining the print was damaged t was sent a new print I was so happy it was tKen care of

I am editing this review because they made it right by sending me a new one Not only that but the customer service rep called me and told me that we had a miscommunication which we did I misunderstood what she said and after I spoke to her we were able to come to an agreement and they sent me a brand new piece to put in place of the other one due to the frame being messed up Thank you Kathleen
