They provided tracking once the package was picked up Sadly My package was received damaged and they sent me a replacement Also with tracking once it shipped They support contact I had Kathleen was very polite and helpful

Ultimately Worth The Wait

Delivery time was vey slow but communication was good The product itself is great The quality is good and the look is just as it is portrayed on the website I will definitely be buying from them again

Overall the quality of the piece was quite good It was packaged well for traveling halfway around the world and it didn t suffer any damage enroute The only issue I had was that one of the pieces was missing it s wall-mounting bracket Customer support though quickly offered to cover the cost of new brackets and some money back for the inconvenience of having to install some brackets Will definitely purchase again
