100 nightmare of an experience lost my money no reply from customer service
I made a purchase of a sample bottle of Santal 33 the tiny glass bottle was thrown into an envelope and mailed without protection needless to say it arrived 100 crushed soaked envelope I e-mailed customer service 18 times every e-mail to concierge at lelabofrangrancescom bounces as undeliverable so I used the contact form in their website twice Never received a reply my money was STOLEN by this company getting ready to dispute the charge with my bank now a nightmare do not purchase from them

It s not an airport but I m announcing my departure I m seriously leaving this what used to be favorite retailer Thousands of were spent at this store but it s time for a change I ve been getting and giving dozens of gift cards from to friends and family from le labo every year I have almost the whole collection and as always I d go to redeem it for a 100ml bottle of perfume We would get each full size of perfume price including taxes and so the gift card recipient will be covered for a full purchase It would be itemized gift not the money value So this year I went to redeem my gift card and they were out of large bottles ouch ok no problem I asked sales representative since I moved and I can t come to the store located at the Grove that often if I can get 2 smaller bottles 50ml each and pay the difference for the empty bottles Their representatives told me that your gift is itemized gift meaning you can t just get 2 smaller bottles It has to be one 100ml Ok fine when do you get your empty large bottles I asked They said we don t know Ok 6 months later I m back to the store with my gift card and associate looks at it and tell me that the amount isn t enough to cover 100ml I politely asked him why He said few months ago company raised their prices so you d have to pay the difference which is about 20 So why on earth I d go and pay extra for my gift when it was already prepaid including taxes and all fees Weird I tried to compact le labo customer support and their real response was that their gift cards are NOT itemized gifts LOL is it joke Why then 6 months ago I wasn t allowed to use money value to purchase something else when they were out of specific bottles I m very disappointed and disgusted to be honest with you I will not be supporting this business anymore in any ways I can possibly do There are plenty of amazing retailers that will value your hard earned money I will stay with Mason Kurkidjan and enjoy their beautiful products

I wish I found these reviews sooner
Absolutely the worst customer service but their fragrances smell great and their samples from their site are cheaper than the ones on eBay Ordered 4 samples but only received 3 After 3 attempts still no reply Based on some of these reviews I may have to send 17 more emails and wait an additional 3 weeks Just terrible

Le Labo doesn t believe in customer service
I purchased a bottle of scent from Saks that when opened 4 000 miles from the store was improperly mixed Following an exchange of several emails I was advised that I d have to deal with Saks Not sure where they learned brand management but they must have failed the course I bought a Le Labo product which failed completely I guess distribution trumps commitment to quality It isn t a scent company - its a marketing badly activity

Lelabo selling us items that cannot be used with essential component being out of stock for years
I ve been Lelabo customer for years and was always happy with their cosmetics until I received their expensive diffuser as a gift Don t get me wrong - there s nothing wrong with their nebulizer itself it does work fine but the problem here is the only oil they created for it which has now been out of stock for years so this expensive diffuser is just sitting unused on the shelve gathering dust as they warn you not to use any other oil which can ruin the actual nebulizer if used I ve been in touch with their customer service multiple times now - nothing substantial apart from fake promises it s going to be back in stock soon and they will send me a complimentary oil bottle I keep on visiting their stores in the UK as well and last time I went to Battersea Power Station over the weekend I ve been told that diffuser oil was back in stock recently but in small batches so it sells out quickly If that is true why I was never notified as I signed up on their website to be notified and also why then nobody keeps their promise of sending complimentary bottle if it s back in stock This is a breach of basic consumer rights - it s not fair to sell us something that costs hundreds of pounds and is reliant on this component oil that is never in stock Lelabo are clearly not apologetic about it and not doing anything to resolve it Throwing empty promises is not a sign of good customer service Everyone who bought these diffusers should be fully refunded and if the oil ever comes back fully in stock I m more than happy to buy it and use it again

Winners and losers
My son recently stayed in a hotel that had le labo products and was very impressed by the scents He liked them so so much he ordered a lot of products in the store nearby I went online to the Le Labo website to order some body lotion and some perfume samples The website is very user unfriendly and from what I ve read here they need to have a more excellent customer service In the end I ordered from Brown Thomas in Dublin and paid twice the online Le labo price So that s a win for Brown Thomas and a loss for Le Labo I guess lol Let s see if I love the products or not If I do I might do an updated review

Terrible customer service Received a gift card which cannot be used
We received a gift card for Le Labo which was purchased online from another country however the stores where we live won t accept it and neither will the online stores in other markets I ve emailed all the various contacts shown online repeatedly and still no response from any of them

Lelabofragrances is the worst thing ever I placed an order on November 21st but Lelabo has refused to ship my order I have texted them on every app and email yet they still refuse to send my stuff

They produced a tracking number and never sent the package it s been a week They refuse to answer any of the emails i sent them I m now forced to contact my bank to start a credit card dispute

Customer Service unresponsive
It s been nearly 3 weeks since a bought one of their bottle in Heathrow Airport after contacting their customer service team 3 times I had no answer no options for my problem Definitely they try to build a high quality brand but this is far from reality Shame
