All very quick and efficient until you actually need to contact them and make changes All I wanted to do was change the bank account that my loan repayments came from by direct debit For whatever reason Lendable decided this could not be done for my particular account a standard current account I have held for over 25 years despite several other companies not having any issues setting up direct debits on the same account on the same day They managed to make what should be an incredibly simple process complicated to the point that I gave up I ve had to leave my old bank account open so I could continue to pay them Bit rubbish really
