Honest review overall amazing experience

I really don t understand where all the negative reviews are coming from I ve ordered from this company several times now and all in all everything has been great Firstly while the clothes aren t exactly cheap they do look very high-end somewhat unique and the quality is really good The first time I ve ordered from them it did take a little bit longer than expected for my parcel to arrive Ever since then my orders have always arrived within 5-7 days No problems whatsoever I have returned clothes as well Yes you do only have two weeks to decide but I also got my money back within 10-14 days Lastly the customer service In my experience talking to Lichi employees is always a pleasure They are friendly accommodating and helpful Yesterday for example a package didn t arrive because the mailman didn t check the mailbox properly didn t find my name and immediately sent the package back to Lichi I contacted Lichi and they were very friendly and immediately said that they will send it back to me as soon as possible I ll definitely be ordering from them again

Was afraid after reading other reviews but all is well

I placed my order on May 16 and received it on May 26 The quality of the items was good but I had to make a return for 1 dress as it did not suit me And after reading reviews I was afraid to be honest But I contacted support and made the return according to instructions The return address was in Poland and I live in Latvia I sent the parcel on May 30 and got the money refund on June 7 So I am satisfied with the service and will definitely order more items knowing that there is an option to return them if they do not suit me Hope my review will be useful
