I mistakenly put the wrong zip code on

I mistakenly put the wrong zip code on my shipping address I recently moved Instead of getting my order I received a refund with a picture of the package that was returned to the lingerie outlet Also my package was simply restocked and I got an email requesting that I reorder when I went online only 2 of the 5 items were available I understand that the zip code discrepancy was MY fault but why not invest in a cheap app software that automatically updates addresses

FANTASIE swimsuit

I m so disappointed with this companyI ve bought Fantasie swimsuits before no problemThe one I ordered is absolutely huge for a 34dd and unfortunately I ordered through EBay which means I pay return postageI didn t realise this when I looked at the Lingerie Outlet website which advertises free delivery and returnsI ve been advised that I need a returns form from EBay but the transaction doesn t appear on my account even though I ve been charged for it So I m 15 99 out of pocketPoor show

After receiving yet another

After receiving yet another disappointment I phoned to complain about having to pay for return postage for an item which wasn t as depicted Not trusting me Paige told me to submit a picture of item and send it to them I couldn t do this so when they receive this return they will decide whether I am being fussy and maybe return my postage

Poor customer service

Bought two bras and used a discount code as it was my first purchase Unfortunately the bras didn t fit so contacted Lingerie Outlet to ask if discount code could be reinstated as I m returning the bras as not suitable but wishing to purchase two more Response was No even though my first purchase wasn t suitable so will not be buying from this site again

Poor returns procedure

Had a previous good experience buying a bra but a poor experience returning one When I didn t receive any acknowledgement or refund it took two messages chasing things up before I got a reply and though the reply was polite and apologetic I was left to claim compensation from Royal Mail myself Given the nature of bras and the high volume of returns they must receive I m surprised there isn t a better returns policy in place

Really disappointed in the delivery

Really disappointed in the delivery time ordered first thing Monday morning expected the package to arrive Thursday at the latest as needed for going away Friday night only to be told there had been a technical issue and order hadn t been processed l Eventually received my order which had been delivered on Saturday couldn t collect until Tuesday by which point was too late

poor customer service post sale with a problem

fab items arrived quickly thanked them then one of the matching 3 items discoloured within 3 washes Brief nylon went grey 36 pair of briefs they disputed this suggesting my washing inspite of the fact that the bra and briefs all washed together Finally invited me to return the item for them to return to Chantale Very poor customer service

Wrong colours recieved

The bras I received were lovely however 2 of them were the wrong colour despite me definitely inputting the bras correctly Upon receiving an incorrect receipt I emailed customer services asking them to change it They refused to change it despite the order not being dispatched The customer services person was very sharp with me too It seems there was something wrong with the page - all white bras were going in as black

I think it is unrealistic to offer

I think it is unrealistic to offer lingerie sales without the opportunity to exchange items Each make and style differs enormously with sizes so it is not possible to always get it right without trying on first I then discovered that the offer codes only work once so when you re-order an item in a different size you pay the full price Not acceptable
