Was very happy with my purchases but

Was very happy with my purchases but one size came too big All I did was try it and send it back and I was told that the strap was worn impossible However I am currently working with Chantelle to get it back to BARBADOS

Shipping is good to Canada but refund

Shipping is good to Canada but refund time sucks Sent products back for refund but never received my refund When I emailed about it they told me because I didn t have tracking information for the package there was nothing they would do

Poor sizing

Items reasonably price arrived promptly and returned and refunded swiftly Although incorrect items were send and there was about a 4 inch discrepancy in the band of two bras which were both meant to be and were labelled 34 Therefore poor products

Easy to use poor packaging

Easy to use great price and quick delivery but the packaging could be better The envelope bag had burst open because there was enough room for the number of items Also not protected particularly well We were lucky and there was no damage but could easily have been

Colour not as expected

I love this website it s great for good value bras and swimwear for the larger busted lady No problem at all with the fit however one of the bikinis ordered was not at all the same colour as it looked on the website instead of a coral pink it was absolutely fluorescent Knew I would never wear this colour so unfortunately had to return this one but kept the blue as it was lovely Fairly simple to return the item using the address given I have never had to return anything before so I m not sure how quickly the money will be refunded Has not put me off using the site in future

Very user unfriendly website but great brands and some good pricing

I find the website rather frustrating to use - on sizing selecting one drop down alters whatever s entered in the other two fields and it takes about 6 or more selections to actually get to where you want to be It also isn t apparent that if you filter by size then choose a bra the size you choose may not be the same price as how you filtered All in all not very user friendly I have put up with it for the great prices but on my last two 200 orders I have sent every single thing back so I won t be bothering again

My order has newer been delivered - but refund was offered

My order has newer been delivered to me I was assured that standard delivery can take up to 15 working days However I was offered refund and I hope it will be prompt Despite this not very plesant experience I have placed new order and hope that this time I will acctualy reveive my order

Poor I ordered two items online and paid The following day I was notified that both items were out of stock The items should not be available to order if they are out of stock I have never experienced this before and do lots of internet shopping My first and last order

wide range confused offer

I like the wide range of offer and the prices but I the policy to change the price of items depending on size and color and feature all these offer bundled together I mean if an ugly pistachio bra is let say 5 why it is in the same offer with the black and withe ones sold at 35 Also the site is not so easy to navigate - actually is is not one that I fancy at all poor description messy shots and so on need to have time and patience then you can grab some bargain

Pricing and Selection - Great Delivery Comms and Error - Frustrating

The pricing and selection were great especially in large cups There wasn t that much communication on when it was being posted and one of the items I received was incorrect but it seems too difficult to return I will regift and at least the price isn t so much that I m too disappointed
