Would recommend this retailer

Easy ordering and fast free delivery Excellent and good communication Felt I had to research on other relevant sites for fuller details of purchased bra No alternative photos of bra provided i e side or back view rather poor quality picture which indicated slightly different colour shade In spite of this I would use this site again after doing my homework

Fast delivery Had to call up customer service for my return due to no email notification received But the day after I called I received email aknowledgment Sizes of bras can be a hit and miss Had to return half two bras of my order due to fitting bigger than usually considering I have bras from the brand So different styles fit differently That s all Overall happy with the retailer Cheers K

Quick delivery and good prices

I have purchased 6 or 7 bras from lingerie outlet store over 3 different orders I have been really pleased overall The service and returns system is great and has been faultless for me so far My only reason for dropping a star is that on one of the cream ones the side elastic discoloured after first wash It s hard to distibguish from my older bras now Sad

Aside the fact that I didn t get any

Aside the fact that I didn t get any confirmation email for my order or notice of dispatch or delivery which made me wonder whether the order actually gone through the experience wasn t bad Got my favourite brand of bra for a fraction of the retail price and it got delivered pretty fast

My first purchase with Lingerie Outlet

My first purchase with Lingerie Outlet and I was very happy with the wide range of bras available I ordered a few to try at home and the delivery was on time I haven t completed the returns yet so 4 stars I have to travel 30 minutes to an Asda store to make a free return which is out of my way but is the same time as travelling into town to try on and there is much more choice online and better prices I will be using L O again

Good items slow returns

Items were delivered in good time However I have not received a a refund in over two weeks and have no confirmation that they were processing the return I contacted the company who asked for the tracking number which I supplied but could also see it was delivered a while ago I have had no contact since A real shame as everything else was so good I would have used them again but I don t think I should have to chase for information Update received an email apologising and stating the refund hasn t now been processed Hopefully my second return won t be far behind only returning due to multiple sizes

I had ordered a bra that was to be delivered to Portugal I never received this package because it was help up at customs not the responsibility of Lingerie Outlet but because they had made a mistake on the labelling I was unable to collect it After some emails back and forth to Lingerie Outlet I was given a full refund Eventually a good outcome and good customer service Sadly because of the customs situation with UK and Europe I won t be ordering again But before Brexit I used them and have always been pleased with the service and orders
