Rings were a gift which sadly aren t

Rings were a gift which sadly don t get worn The gold isn t a pretty light gold as it appears in the photos It s a much darker gold which makes them look cheap and they tarnished almost from new The stones look dull and scuffed Have only worn rings once Watch is also a darker gold colour than expected and never been worn Disappointing unfortunately

Nice jewelry but horrible customer service I ordered 3 rings and I waited more than a month to receive them According to Linjer it was because some items were out of stock but they did not communicate it very clearly upon checkout The rings ended up being too large so I had to send the back at my own expense Additionally I also had to bear the risk of the post losing the jewelry so I ended up paying for insurance too When I asked for a refund of postal fees they didn t even bother answering It should be a standard thing for an online retailer to bear the cost risk of reverse logistics so they should really up their game Despite their competitive prices I ll opt for Mejuri Gorjana etc in the future

I ordered 3 rings and 1 necklace and I wanted change the rings to smaller sizes Plus wanted to order more item both for myself and for my mom BUT unfortunately they ignore all my messages on Instagram Facebook and don t reply my emails My Instagram messages are seen by the the team but not been answered on purpose I assume This is not bad customer service this is called Fraud Luckily I am a lawyer so I know well how to proceed in this situation And I do recommend the same thing to everyone who has the similar problems with Linjer

DO NOT USE Husband ordered a bracelet for my birthday Took weeks to get here Arrived in a cheap pouch dreadful quality gold vermeil and a bracelet so short it would only fit a child It looks like a pocket money toy Dodgy returns policy with 16 return fee to pay Constant BOGOFS So cross with myself for falling for it Who knows if we will ever get our money back SCAM

Everything is fine until you need to return something Unacceptable high return costs was only one thing If you have bought an item on their Buy one get one 40 off action almost everything on their website qualifies for this action and need to return the one you paid a full price off they take off the amount of the given rabbat from your refund anyway Together with shipping costs you end up loosing more than a half of the money you paid for the item you will return So I kept both items lucky for them So befor you order something read very carefully their return policy and decide if you want to risk this Customer service wasn t helpful ether Never again

Ring crumpled like it came from a toy crane arcade game

Winner s rings look beautiful I purchased the London Blue Topaz Ilse ring in gold vermeil I was going through my filing cabinet today my finger got stuck and when I pulled it out the ring band had crunched and become totally distorted This is something I would expect of a 5 not 50 ring Besides that portions of the gold vermeil flaked off Very disappointing and I would not being interested in purchasing anything from this brand again That being said I have not contacted customer service

AVOID THEM Would give zero star if I could Bought a ring for my wife I must say it looked good She followed the sizing instructions on the Linjer website but the ring was too big I tried to exchange it l but they would charge for the return shipping When I contacted their customer support to explain that we followed their instructions they took no responsibility for their misleading instructionsTheir answers were not just disappointing but also disrespectful return shipping shouldn t cost you that much They kept ignoring my comments even when supplied with photo evidence

I wish I could upload a photo with this review to show you the scratches and cloudiness of the moonstone ring I purchased POOR QUALITY moonstone I waited 2 weeks for the rings When they arrived they looked like tacky costume jewelry Very suspicious that there is not one single negative review on their website or customer photo I m returning the ring but have to pay 15 return shipping cost

My gold vermeil ring has badly discolored after two months showing silver through Customer service isn t helpful they directed me to care tips which included not getting it wet impractical They couldn t find the order and offered me only 20 percent off a future order rather than a replacement It is authentic I have the bag and numbers and sent them photos My ring has also warped out of shape They don t stand behind their products

I ordered a gold necklace more than a month ago and never received it In a mail from Linjer is says that the delivery should get to me soon but the dates for delivery has been changing four times now and I dont think I will ever have it
