Disappointed

Originally was happy with my purchase - less than 30 days and the gold ring has bent The ring has not been worn daily only twice on special occasions no rough contact to the ring and I do not wear it when I sleep I take very good care of my jewellery I have contacted support I will be requesting a refund as it is not fit for purpose I m awaiting a response

Everything was extremely tarnished within a few months Not worth it for the price if nothing lasts I looked after the rings I bought and even kept them in a jewellery box not touching any other metals

Exceptional quality for a tiny piece of jewellery - have my ears pierced twice and eventually saw in this site what I wanted - v small stud ear rings Brought them and they arrived and was blown away when I opened the packaging which was super too was thrilled with mt purchase and the quality is fab will b back in the future no doubt - very happy customer

Great clean design mostly good quality some caveats

Throughout the years since their first kickstarter days I ve purchased several leather bags multiple watches and jewelry from Linjer I d say 90 of the time I have been quite satisfied with the products in terms of quality and especially clean design I think I like my first leather tote the best followed by the mini crossbody I like the watches as well in terms of the quality of the movement clean design and the ability to swap out straps easily The quality of the leather watch straps are better than most and well-priced for what they are but if it weren t for the quick-release mechanism you can get comparable better wearing straps for similar prices A couple of times when I purchased yellow gold plated jewelry and also on the clasp of watch straps with rose gold finish I ve come across uneven tarnishing after a short while I m careful about my things clean them after any use store them away in watch drawer This was disappointing because they sell these pieces as items that stand the test of time but when I contacted customer service re warranty they were responsive and I was able to exchange the product only tried this once with earrings So if you were to purchase a watch I d recommend the stainless steel option rather than the gold plated version for jewelry you may want to opt for either silver or actual gold and not gold plated That is the only reason I docked a star If I had such a choice I d give them 4 5 stars Overall I d say they are conscientious vendor although the bags were better when the production scale was smaller If they continue to produce items with good design and well curated materials I d continue to purchase for the aforementioned reasons I m undecided about their jewelry line

I am writing this review on 3 fronts customer service jewelry and leather goods Customer service-wise Linjer has a solid team to take care of their customers it seems My parcel got delayed for months due to covid and the CS team was very helpful in the process of chasing the postal service until the final delivery resending would be no use as they will just be stuck too in the system due to lockdown I appreciate that Second front jewelry I just found Linjer in general The style of their jewelry line and their shade of gold is just right up my alley I first bought a couple of stuff then I kept coming back I only have their jewelry 5 rings a necklace and a bracelet for less than a month So I can t attest for their longevity yet But I never take off the bracelet so it s been through showers and some lotion and it s still as good as new I had a great first impression of their vermeil products Now leather goods I bought the Sling Bag and it s a VERY pretty dainty bag It s been my daily driver in the summer It s secure and compact plus it s casual but neat and put together too So easy to wear and style Due to its opening the inside is smaller than its exterior size The new 7 Kindle Paperwhite is a tight fit but a normal 6 Kindle does fit comfortably Leather quality is pretty good for its price I wouldn t go as far as saying it s on par with designer bags as some reviews I have read suggested It is however much better than high street brands The problem with the bag though is the edge paint I have had mine for less than a month and on some parts the paint is beginning to crack I have been wearing it out in the sun and it seems that the paint has melted a bit that some fibers from my cloth are sticking to it making the edges of the bag appear hairy I think the design is great but Linjer needs to suggest their supplier to switch their leather edge paint It s not of good quality

Beautiful rings

I bought several rings from Linjer - beautiful wonderful quality I am happy that they have the small sizes The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I received a FedEx invoice for 20 after about two weeks For duties I think That was out of the blue
