The WORST customer service

I ve been paying for the pro plan for well over a year That s supposed to include several features that I am unable to access No matter how many times I request assistance I am transferred to someone else told to start over and deliberately incessantly misunderstood I only have one account Trying to make a secondary account And they keep asking me which is the primary account I only have one account The incompetence is as unfathomable as it as repetitious They have far too many competitors to function this poorly if you can even call this functioning

They banned my account for linking to a legal supplement brand quality brand not trash saying it went against their community standards I informed them that I read their community standards and don t see how I violated them They would not respond saying how I did They are a typical new age company afraid of their shadow Anyways I m a small time media buyer They don t need me and I don t need them I use a competitor of theirs and make 1-3k a day Linktree sucks

Their support team don t read tickets I had to repeat myself 3 times before they understood the situation I was passed around through different teams while being asked a lot of questions In the end everything was in vain because they want be to provide a trademark copyright for my username Who is going to trademark their username

Banned for no reason and terrible customer service

They banned multiple accounts we had even pro accounts stating links violated their community guidelines Having reviewed these guidelines extensively we know there was no issue on our side Customer Support provided no assistance and on appeal we only ever received bot answers providing no clarification or reason They treat paying customers terribly and I would recommend ANY other platform

I was using this for links on Social Media however with the email I just received with them targeting minor children with a sexual agenda just lost a customer No one should be doing business with these people donating 25 Grand towards a sexual agenda with children Should be a crime

they banned my links claiming it was a violation of their community guidelines i made an appeal and got a generic message it is all automated with no real conscious i had to create a new linktree my links are clean and lead to real sites They are horrible at customer service feels like i got a robot answer and cannot even talk to anyone for any reason i would rate zero stars if i could truly terrible people or just bad ai either way i would never recommend even as a free service or create 2 as they like to ban accounts for no reason

They just banned me and my account There were only two links on my linktree other one to my vsco-account and other one to my personal archive where is links to intresting news around world No misinformation or hate speech at all

Customer service is a BIG ZERO

I have spent literally hours in chat with people who cannot resolve the issue on my linktree for 2 DAYS NOW with no resolve The worst of it is that while in the chat conversation I have to wait sometimes for 30 - 45 minutes before their next reply or instructions Who does that I am now looking for an alternative to Linktree any suggestions

They have repeatedly ripped me off Never canceling my account which I immediately disliked I m unable to cancel my reoccurring payment and then they try to charge me again And support DOES NOTHING The WORSE SCAMMERS on the internet

Security breach on link tree Bots making mistakes

I spent time and money putting my linktree url on packaging and promotion material only for it to get banned with no evidence of breaking community guidelines I read the community guidelines and see no link between my company and anything listed I appealed and asked what was wrong and got 2 of the same copy paste responses that did not address the issue linktree had with my account They simply said one or more links went against community guidelines which makes me believe my account was either hacked one of the links was in error or my account got mistakenly flagged by a bot Upon research of competitors I saw their accounts were still up with some having paid working accounts Our companies operate within the same legal field I wasn t posting anything lude or illegal I d like to speak with a real person that will help address and fix this issue
