linktree links banned by Instagram

linktree link on my 2 Instagram accounts and both are removed by Instagram It s against their terms and conditions I saw many other Instagram accounts with linktree links but only my account links are removed

I noticed a problem with a link on my account and it s taken an entire month to get anywhere And the issue is still unresolved Everyone helping is super friendly but responses can take a long time Days to hear back There has been a lot of back and forth with linktree and the company who s link I am trying to use with no resolve on either end The ultimate reason for my rating is the untimely help I ve received

I have given up trying to get this to work

I have no idea what this is for now that I ve kinda set it up I ve had NO hits or reviews The FB Pixel doesn t work and neither does the Google UA I do not have a store nor do any of those apps mean anything to me or have any relevance whatsoever It looked like a good thing when I first reviewed it but now I realize for what I do and promote it s useless The link to the Canada Trustpilot site goes to a 404

Several things made the experience less

Several things made the experience less than great I was enjoying the free version of Linktree and it served my purpose however having multiple accounts was a little inconvenient because it s necessary to log out and re-sign in to switch accounts but totally OK with me since it was free I received an email that stated I could switch to Pro account and I would no longer need to sign out to change accounts and that it would be 40 Off So I decided to try it out however two things weren t great about the switch to Pro First it was not made clear in any way that in order to not have to sign out to switch accounts it would be necessary for each and every account be upgraded to Pro Not cool to not make that clear upfront Secondly I wanted to try it out for a month or so to see if I liked it before committing to a Pro account permanently and when I was checking out my screen said I was being charged 5 40 I screen shot the checkout screen as a receipt however when I checked my credit card I was charged 54 not 5 40 Although staff was friendly when I emailed my two issues no resolutions were offered That s when I was informed that I still needed to log out to switch accounts and as far as checkout screen saying I was being charged 5 40 when I was actually being charged 54 their response was The 40 OFF should be 5 4 for our monthly plan which originally costs 9 Meanwhile you will be charged 54 since you opted for our annual plan which originally costs 90 Either way the 40 discount has been applied Not a great resolution to my feeling of being deceived a bit Anyway I m still satisfied with free version and once my year Pro subscription has expired I will return to it

Great app but overpriced and very unhappy at a hidden price increase

I ve been a happy user of Linktree for a couple of years having 2 accounts with them I was paying 60 a year for each account which I believe was a fair price for what they offer However when it came to renewals this price leaped by 50 to 90 a year with no forewarning I understand businesses increase prices over time but 50 in the space of a year is way too much for what this app offers Although I was told The new price of Linktree Pro reflects the complete value of the plan as a user I disagree I only noticed small improvements and none of them made a difference to me and most of their new features went unused What s more only one of my accounts had renewed the subscription and the other was about to renew in a couple of days I checked the subscription section of my account and it said 60 billed annually Just a couple of days later I was charged 90 There was no prior warning of this increase It s a shame as I liked their app but I don t believe it s worth 90 a year and more importantly I don t want to support a platform that is misleading with its pricing It was only by luck I noticed how much I was charged and although they refunded me for my 2 accounts I would much rather have stayed a loyal customer had their pricing been fair I would imagine a lot of users are currently paying the increased price and are unaware That just seems wrong to me
