Like Spectrum Can t Cancel Plan Yourself

I love the convenience and features of using Linktree for social media BUT trying to downgrade an account from a pro plan before my trial ended to free again took up way too much of my time I see on Google that the Change Plan button should be available in the Admin area of my dashboard but this seems to be an outdated option despite Linktree stating on their website that you can change your plan at anytime It has taken 2 days to cancel this trial for BOTH accounts I manage because I had to wait hours for chat agents to respond to each There s not even a section in my dashboard confirming how many days left in the trial I had I m going off my own calendar I thought using Linktree was all about convenience

Lack of understanding

there was a misunderstanding between me and the person who was helping I wanted to retrieve my old credentials however i was directed to something that didn t make sense to me i then opted to opening a new account with this current email address

I had opted for premium trial of 2 months offered by Linktree But a reminder was never sent about trial expiry and my credit card was charged for a month That was not a good experience

I am still awaiting answers Not sure how many people are on the case Over 3 different people promise to escalated Not sure if I am able to use a payment service or when Over all the ap is good However customer service can improve Please increase to a personal customer service person To grow so large and no able bodies to assist is discouraging Especially for those who are willing to pay for the upgraded version Thanks

Signed up for free linktree account on my phone but somehow got put as a paid account online and charged Tried to cancel but keep getting emails saying my account will be set to free if I don t update my payment info when my card didn t go through Should be an easier why to manage account and mobile app should show the same as online Also can t select free account online

Started using link tree to advertise legitimate affiliate marketing products 3 weeks in after working very hard on my bio They banned my account no email no correspondence no warning no actual proof of what I done wrong Waste of your time there are plenty of others Customer service is a bot USELESS Only reason I gave 2 is that some of the products were very good Linktree you need to be clear to customers and stop wasting our time Companies like you close down because you p off the clients You ll see
