When we arrived at linthorpe Beds we were allowed time to browse before someone approached to ask if we needed any help We told Lisa what we were looking for and she helpfully showed each of the beds that met our criteria We found one that seemed to tick all the boxes and was available for next day delivery However I wanted to check a few other shops Lisa wasn t pushy at all and accepted that After a quick look around a couple more stores we returned and made sure we waited for the same assistant Lisa Arrowsmith She gave us all the info we needed and was very friendly and knowledgeable I wouldn t hesitate to recommend this store

Excellent product and service

Thought made to measure would be expensive and poor quality however Linthorpe proved me wrong The bed is excellent very sturdy well built and the finishing is great Add to that the mattress is better than the high street for a better cost Overall great

Delivery guys were excellent

Item exactly as described delivered on time The two delivery guys were excellent professional very friendly and managed our narrow steep stairs and awkward turn into the bedroom with a smile and no problem Would highly recommend

The mattresses were made to our specific requirements for my teenage son and daughters beds and they are definitely the best they have ever had Delivered within original notified time frames great service great products and would definitely recommend When I come to change my mattress will efinitely return to Linthorpe beds Thank you for giving the kids the best night s sleep for a long time can t get them out of bed now -

I ordered a sleepeezee mattress from this store online it was exactly the same as the one I was replacing so ordering was really straightforward I had no other contact with Linthorpe beds The order went really smoothly it was delivered on the date stated and the delivery company panther group kept me really well informed of timings Communication was brilliant even phoning to let me know they were half an hour away you could also track them The guys took their shoes off before going upstairs

We needed a large single bed and mattress and this was the only company that I could find that manufactured unusual sized beds The customer service was great from start to finish The bed and mattress arrived within a week and Linthorpe Beds kept us informed of delivery date and rough time The bed and mattress was well packaged and the mattress is very comfortable

The division the divan base into 4 sections provided the perfect solution to enable us to get a super king size bed up to our bedroom in a 17th century house Easy company to deal with and great after sales support The offset front drawers recognises that there s often a bedside cabinet that can obstruct a full size drawer
