We ordered our daughter s first big bed from here The service was incredible from ordering the bed to the delivery service They came and put the bed up for us they wore covers over their shoes and respected our house They guys were lovely My daughter absolutely loves her new bed and has had the best two nights sleep We also bought our mattress and mattress protected from here The bed is so comfy I want to sleep in it Thank you so much prestige beds for your amazing service

I am very pleased with the efficiency of the showroom staff and how they explained everything to me including the time of receipt of the order I placed The quality of my bed and both mattresses is superb I cannot praise your 2 delivery men enough they were excellent taking great care not to damage my home and nothing was too much trouble to place everything in the correct area of my choice

Very helpful salesperson who advised me on a choice of bed and there was a money off offer on at the time which saved me money I was called to let me know that the bed had arrived ready for delivery and I was sent a text on the day of delivery as to when the delivery men would be bringing it They took all the packaging off and set the bed up for me
