Prompt Assistance to Renew SSL Certificate

I was trying to renew my SSL Certificate After I have deleted my CSR Code under SiteWorx there was no icon to set up a new CSR code It was a technical issue I was impressed that Gayathri Poovannan Linux Support Technician was able to re-instate the icon to assist me to renew my SSL Certificate promptly

Fantastic Tech Support

After many years having dedicated servers managed by Liquid Web I ve come to expect great tech support but today my support agent went above and beyond I woke up this morning to see our primary website a complete mess with most pages not rendering correctly I spent a few minutes trying to figure out what was going on but didn t get anywhere In a slight panic I called Liquid Web support and was fortunate to be connected with Alex Silkin a support technician who not only knows his tech inside and out but also had the ability to keep calm and focused and keep me calm and focused over the several hours it took to make everything right again He then spent more time on his own going over the server to make sure a problem like this doesn t occur again Absolutely stellar in every way

A rather odd problem that took some work

A rather odd problem that took both us and your staff some puzzling and testing to work it out was an IP block mis-match in php But YOU did and your persistence is very much appreciated Brian Buehler gets all the credit here for going a bit above and beyond and get our customer working again
