I bought several pieces from this shop The shipping took ages and the packages came in to parts Sizing was off and when I finally received the last package it was obviously very different from the pictures on the site Returned the package but never got my money back Even paid alot for shipping it back They promise to issue a refund but never do and stop answering emails It s definitely a scam

Horrible customer service and way overpriced

My order was only partially filled and when I contacted by email because they have no phone customer service they just refunded the money and didn t bother to send the items Also this stuff is NOT affordable for the average consumer It s very pricey for basic everyday items It washes up okay but I don t expect it to last as long as other basic fleece items I have

I m trying to return an item for a refund The quality of the sweatshirt is great Customer service has not responded to my three requests for return refund information

I ve requested information on how to make a return wrong size three times without any response whatsoever Order 169849 The first email I sent was about 10 minutes after receiving the package I waited a week to send the second and another week to send the third But I feel my experience has been bad enough that I am justified in giving a 1 star rating at this time I fear I will never see my 59 ever again and I ll have a sweatshirt I will never wear I am sending another email to your customer service people One last try

SCAM WEBSITE

I ordered from LIT on 11 30 and received it on 12 28 While the shipping was a month long I did receive the jacket though it is completely not the right size and the site is definitely misleading I ve been trying to contact Customer Support since 12 29 with no response I ve emailed multiple times messaged on Instagram - nothing DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER

Never received item

I ordered a coat three weeks ago and I cannot get any information on shipping Cannot check your orders on their website and no confirmation email sent They took money from my credit card but it s from a different company not Lit I will be calling my credit card company

I ve ordered and PAID 2 outfits on December the 11th 2021 and still waiting form my order is processed i m writing on Jan 12th 2022 despite the 3 email sent to them asking for info and reimbursement They said that because of Xmas they were overwhelmed then that what i ve ordered was sold out then nothing UNQUALIFIABLE ATTITUDE

HORRIBLE COMPANY AND A BUNCH OF CRIMINALS Can t believe Instagram is still putting their ads on their site I placed an order for 2 jackets Received one in the wrong size and they completely left out the other jacket I ve emailed them SIX TIMES NOW Completely ignored And out over 100 dollars DO NOT SHOP HERE Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and Instagram right now And this is why I only shop brand name companies These rinky dink small time operations are horrible Lesson learned
