This is a scam Please don t waste your money like I did Liveliky is just aromiyafamily but they changed their name because they were getting reported so much The pictures they use to advertise are from different clothing companies I ordered 40 dollar denim striped vintage shorts and two months later I got the most awful quality synthetic shorts I ve ever seen Completely different from what was advertised different colors and laughably horrible material I m not very picky about materials and usually don t care but these vintage denim shorts were practically swimsuit material After contacting them multiple times trying to get info to return them and get a refund they responded saying I had to do a ton of tedious stuff and then return the shorts and pay for shipping I did it because forty dollars is forty dollars and never heard from them again No refund no email responses Now they ve deleted their email and changed their name to livelikyfamily and I DAILY get their stupid ads I always report on Instagram They delete any comments left on their pictures because people are always commenting about it being a scam Please don t buy from them

Basically just a scam Products arrived and the quality was appalling Have been trying to get them returned for about 2 weeks and they simply won t give a straight answer and provide return details First they tried to insist I needed to provide various photos of the products which I refused to do then they tried to convince me to keep the products for a 12 voucher Now they re on some other diversionary tactic 10 emails later and I still don t have return details from them I have another purchase with them that wasn t in stock at the time and I ve been trying to cancel that at the same time Again they ve just been stalling me for 10 emails - and now they ve told me its too late the products have shipped Although I need to allow 20 days for delivery Essentially I ve discovered at my own expense as many others have that these guys are scammers products are awful if they appear at all and zero chance of money back Next step is lodging a complaint with my bank and claiming via chargeback

100 worst online retailer

Admitted fault at sending the wrong item Wouldn t send a prepaid label and would only refund in full if sent the item back As the item was disgusting I would love to send it back however it cost more than the full refund to send it back DO NOT BUY The item that I did receive was such poor quality I don t even want to wear it

Liveliky sent me 2 orders the wrong size and 1 order that was not even the same as the one pictured You cant return anything but they will give you a coupon as an apology where you have to spend a lot more than the coupon value Truly a terrible store

Never again Please do not order at this incredible bad online warehouse We ordered 3 Sweatshirts for a pretty high price One of them was a bad double print No store in the world would sell that garbage As a result of of many emails they offered us to send it back to China on our own cost without any guarantee to get a new one or alternative a small voucher for another shopping They don t send return tickets They write E-Mails after E-Mails until you loose any interest to stay in contact with this worst Company ever Nobody should never take that risk Take your fingers off Go to good stores But please don t order at Liveliky as you will loose time and money and stay back deeply disappointed

Wish that I saw the previous review

Wish that I saw the previous review before I ordered from them The material of the retro shorts is completely different and I don t even think it should be legal that they are fooling consumers like this

Awful horrible merchandise Complete scam Save your money and the headache They will not give a return label stopped answering my emails This is a scam store with the worst quality merchandise Don t do it

Don t purchase anything from them

First I received the items which were too big although I ordered them according to the size table then I asked to send them back and replace them and the only thing they agree is that I will repurchase them for 66 of the original cost Then I agreed because my kid still wanted the items and when I asked them how can I do that they just ignored me although I sent them several mails
