Website is a complete nightmare Been trying to order products for 3 days and ended up buying elsewhere

The worst cbd oil I ve ever taste

The worst cbd oil I ve ever tasted I ordered a cbd vape that doesn t work or charge Which is really annoying because I really need the cbd intake from the vape I ordered the raw full spectrum oil that I was unaware was cookie flavour It is absolutely disgusting Tastes like oily cake mix The oil is dark in colour which I don t see as a good thing Save yourself some money and buy a more expensive brand that s better quality I haven t even noticed an effect from using this oil and claims to be 2000mg I highly doubt it

I am unable to rate the product as I have only been using this a short time therefore the 2 stars are not a true rating However I did send an email to enquire about how much Best Extract to use and have not received a reply This highlights that the information accompanying your products should be clearer

Bad taste

The Oil does what it should in terms of effectiveness but I found the taste offensive It is not written in the description or any mention on the product page that it is cookie flavored The only indication as i missed it is a small part of the packaging within the photo something easily missed Unfortunate this is hugely effecting my enjoyment of the oil having to wash my mouth out with something afterwards to eliminate the taste I will not be buying this again for these reasons If the product has a distinct flavour it should be clearly labelled described

After initially paying 25 for the cbd

After initially paying 25 for the cbd oil it cost me another 10 for the post packing also another 10 customs charge to Ireland which in turn will make it cost prohibitive for a future purchase

Been buying silver seal product for a while but flavour has changed and tastes too fragrant I did contact about refund but i have to send it back which is to much hassle

Great product Delivery time was excellent Didn t come in the box that was the only down side as no directions of use Luckily we have used this before and knew what was was doing
