Waste of time money and patience Probably one of the worst experiences I ve ever had in Denmark with a company who s mission is to help After paying the Extra subscription for almost a year I ve only tried to ask a simple question once After 2 months no reply I totally recommend you NOT TO USE their services

An extremely frustrating and stressful experience
For over a year I have been dealing with an unresponsive inconsiderate and unempathetic case handler who constantly ignores my emails and phone calls even at the most critical times He fails to follow up on the case or keep you updated even if explicitly asked I have formally complained twice about the situation after trying to talk things out with the case handler directly with no success However no action has been taken and my complaints have so far not even been acknowledged by LLOH I joined LLOH thinking that this would be a place where I could find support empathy and professional help for such an important matter as my home but I have only been met with frustration and a complete lack of consideration and professionalism Update February 24th I agree that the outcome of the cases has so far been positive However I believe this is due to the nature of the cases themselves Regardless of the outcome my experience with LLOH remains frustrating and stressful Moreover I would like to add that I have not only one but many unanswered emails and phone calls since the cases started that I am happy to provide to LLOH as suggested in one of my unanswered formal complaints I also would like to ask LLOH to check again with my advisor regarding the current negotiations since the coming landlord is taking over the apartment in 5 days and negotiations have not been completed Finally I wish their everyday responsiveness in private was as fast as the responsiveness shown on Trustpilot

It all comes to ONE person
It s really the matter of the person you get to deal with your case I had one person some years ago who knew all the laws and she helped to me big time unfortunately I don t remember her name But the latest women who was responsible for my case was confused right from the start Mixed up case numbers with other cases And I paid for 2 years of Premium membership she did absolutely nothing and we lost the case she suggested I should apply Stay away from her She shouldn t work

I was a member for about 8months I booked a representative to company me for moving out inspection He showed up unprepared and after that he never responded my calls and emails I am left with loosing all my deposit I would not recommend them at all

Is LLO a SCAM Read my review update
I have a premium membership with LLO and I have to be completely blunt they suck I have an open case with them that they haven t responded to since 6 February I have included them in emails about this and have gotten nothing for almost 2 months now What started as a mold issue that isn t resolved yet evolved into a temporary housing issue that also isn t resolved either All of this has been going on for months I have emailed the LLO escalation email and nothing If you are a foreigner expat immigrant to Denmark and you have anything beyond being screwed out of your deposit LLO seems to be a total waste of money I feel like I have been ripped off by these people FYI I have replied to LLO s request for a response I am still waiting for them to reply Hopefully this won t take 8 weeks Here is another update It has now been 3 days since LLO replied to the review I emailed them with the information requested and still no response I have hired an attorney to handle my problem however this is something that was supposed to be provided by LLO What do you call taking money for services but not providing the services LLO I see a second reply from LLO I did get a reply after over 8 weeks of being ghosted by them LLO has done next to nothing for my family My expectations were that they would help us resolve the problems as we are now 6 months into a bad situation Perhaps it is time to make a video review to show all the communication with LLO This was LLO s response to me 5 April I guess the landlord not fixing the problem for 5 months is them doing something Hej David Som jeg har fortalt dig f r s forst r jeg udm rket din frustration S l nger udlejer pr ver at afhj lpe problemet s er der ingen tvist hvorfor vi ikke kan indbringe sagen for huslejen vnet Kompensationsdelen den tager man n r problemet er afhjulpet og s skal jeg nok hj lpe dig Venlig hilsen

It is terrible don t waste your money
Don t pay for this service I had a question regarding my high rent and I was asked to pay a yearly membership upfront before I could ask them anything They have asked me to send them my contract After a couple of weeks they replied to me it seems to be okay -5 words I didn t really get any clarification or explanation as to why they have decided that I further asked other questions and had to wait for 2 weeks to get a dry response you can contact a lawyer - 5 words After that I turned to another company who gave me a consultation for free and actually explained some areas as to why my rent might be high and I didn t even have to pay for it I sent LLO another email saying that I don t want to pay for a service that consists of dry emails containing max 5 words Never got a reply from them since the end of June There are other companies you can turn to that will give you much better advice or answers to your questions and you definitely won t be ignored My mistake was not doing my research and paying for this terrible organisation before I saw their reviews
